Use Your Unique Abilities and Talents as a Way to Reduce Your Daily Stress

Let’s talk about how much we can reduce or even eliminate our daily stress when we stop judging, criticizing and blaming ourselves and others. When we accept  our uniqueness as human beings, we will not compare ourselves to others any more and we will be tolerant to all who are different from us, who do not think, feel, speak and act as we do.

Every woman is unique and has her own expectations about how to show up in the world. As women we are multifunctional in life and play many different roles, so we usually act and behave as super women in order to be perfect and approved by others. Every woman has her own talents and skills: some of them are native, but others can be mastered and developed in several ways: according to the society rules that govern our reality or being truly open to our true selves, or combining both of them. What I mean is that it is better for you to master the talents and skills you were born with without pushing yourself and struggling to achieve some other abilities just to please your family and society, your co-workers or friends.

You may probably not know and realize that you are really unique, but I can assure that it is true and in fact that is your greatest worth to the world. Be sure of that! And the key to reduce or even eliminate your daily stress is in knowing what makes you so unique and then in doing some conscious efforts to master and manifest your unique gifts, talents and skills or in other word to master all that makes you happy, that opens your heart and makes it sing and then focus on them consciously throughout the day.

So how can we understand our uniqueness and master it in order to live a better life?

The first thing is to sit down and relax for a minute or two to let go of all unnecessary worries and the inner talk in you head. Then you can dig deeply within yourself in order to find out what you can do better than anyone else – you can also ask your higher self about this and stay calm to hear the answer of that question. Then write down on a piece of paper a list of your gifts and talents. When you figure out your core competencies take at least one step in order to develop and manifest them. You can also make a commitment to yourself that you will do the things that really matter for you at least 3 times per week. This is exactly the recipe you have to follow: I did it many times when I felt angry and confused, or when I have forgotten how unique as a human being I am and that is why I differ from any other woman. This recipe haa served me many times and helped me to return into the flow and surrender to it. I share it with you and hope that it will help you too.

Right now you can begin to observe what your unique talents and abilities you have to serve you for living a better life, for improving the relationship with your true self and for mastering your behavior and further development. Remember to use this recipe regularly and devotedly and be open-minded to see the changes that will emerge in your life.
