Understanding Your Uniqueness Reduces Daily Stress


Let’s talk about how helpful it is for each of us to understand our own uniqueness and differences because this can help us reduce or even eliminate our daily stressors. “Don’t try to be different, own the fact that you already are.” Jonathan Fields, Author and Speaker.

When we understand how different and unique in nature we are, we stop our trials to please others and to seek perfection at any cost in life. If we reconnect to our true selves, we become clearly focused on our life duties and live our purpose in a simple, natural and non persistent way. Then we start to see more opportunities in life and are consciously aware of the choices life triggers us to make.

You know through your heart that you are the real master of your life and that you can consciously choose how to react or non-react in complicated situations or with difficult people. There is no more need for you to compare yourself to others, to judge, criticize or label them. It sounds easy when we speak of it but it is not so easy to implement it in practice.

I have struggled for many years to find out that there is a simple way to see how unique and different I am and how my “me reality” can serve the world with this same uniqueness that I have deep inside myself. I use a little technique every time when I feel stressed, overwhelmed and comparing myself with others.

Technique Description:

  1. Take 3 deep breaths.
  2. Close your eyes for a minute or two.
  3. Try to imagine a blue light in front of you. There is only blue around you and blue surrounds you and covers everything in your world.
  4. Say mentally “I am releasing all my negative emotions and stressors now. I am free to go forward with my life!”
  5. Open your eyes and be grateful for the experience life gives you.

You can start right now to do this simple technique if you want more peace and joy to enter your life. And if you want to delve the connection with yourself just visualize the blue light every night before going to bed for at least 30 days.

Ignoring computer work and watching TV a few hours before going to sleep will also help you  sleep better and then next day make smarter choices and wiser decisions towards conscious simple living which will reduce significantly your daily stress levels. If you do and master the process of using the blue light and also providing enough and better sleep for yourself every night, I can guarantee 100% that you will become more concentrated and balanced throughout your day.

Remember that all is possible and you can achieve everything you want for the highest good of all, everyone, and the Whole and for having a peaceful integrated and fulfilled life on the planet Earth being able to have fun and to enjoy not only to control the journey into the next dimensions and levels of consciousness.
