A Simple Stress Relieving Method


Let’s talk about how making conscious choices in life help us live in peace and joy, because when we operate in such a way and take responsibility of our way, we feel happy and secure throughout our journey. The simple truth is that most of our lifetime we act on autopilot and are used to do things in life by accident and by duty instead of mastering the game of making reasonable conscious choices on a daily basis.

We all know how exhausted we feel in the evening after dealing with our busy daily schedule. The way we operate and act in life reflects the things we attract in our surroundings. If we can minimize the list of what to do every day and eliminate the “shoulds and musts” in our everyday thinking and acting – almost all of the work is done. But how can we look at life and see in it “a chain of reasonable choices” in stressful moments when we constantly use the fight or flight response to deal with them? Is stress a matter of choice or a way to win the battle with the daily challenges?

I have completed many trainings and courses and have done a lot of self-observation inner work to finally find out that life becomes much easier and really joyful when you look at it as a long lasting process of making conscious choices and taking the responsibility for their effect. Trying to act or non-act depending on the choice you have made brings more free time which can be used for rejuvenation, entertainment and having fun in life. Everything in life is a matter of choice and you are the master who does these choices or chooses not to do them allow others to use and/or often misuse your own power. Remember that you are the most important person in your life and all is in your hands, all is up to you and your true intents..

I have mentioned above the lists of what to do, of shoulds and musts in life – and all this stuff has had a very powerful impact on my life, in fact it has had the ruling role for many years. My turning point was when I made the decision to reduce my stressors on a daily basis and to drop down some of the roles I had played to please others. I started with a simple practice and used it every time when I felt overloaded and stressed. I began to focus my attention to see the choices behind a complicated situation or with a difficult person and tried to be more aware in order to understand and implement the lessons they were teaching me, because it is the choice you have made that determines how you react or non-react on it.

I can assure you that when you look at life from the perspective of your free choice birth right  according to which you can make any choices and all is allowed to you, so your life consists of one long chain of choices, and it is good to do this consciously and wisely becoming the master of your destiny: then everything becomes easier and in fluency: you start enjoying the journey itself, because you already know and apply your right to choose and to decide what to actualize in your life. On the other hand, if you reduce or even eliminate most of the “shoulds and musts” in your vocabulary, things become even better than before: you enjoy your time, you are present now and have more fun with your family members and closest friends.

Now, it is the right time for you to understand that life is a chain of choices and you are the master who makes these choices and creates your own reality. Remember that after the planetary shift in 2012 we live in new surroundings and if we do conscious choices our new life will enfold without the usual daily stressors. You can really enjoy the life journey itself and celebrate your own trip and your new experiences and achievements from point A to point B on the infinite way back to the Divine Source.
