Reducing Your Inner Dialogue as a Remedy for Stress Relief


Let’s talk about how important it is to reduce the mental chatter in your head in order to be centered and balanced. In silence and inner calm you can also appreciate your beautiful uniqueness and personal value. Reducing or even eliminating your mental inner dialogue will help you live a joyful and peaceful life.

We all have a mental chatter in our heads which governs our self-image, self-confidence and self-esteem. This inner talk is replayed many times and as a result you begin to feel exhausted and overwhelmed. In a long term that leads to a low self-esteem regarding both your inner value and personal power. People are naturally drawn to those who emit peace and have a deep connection with their true essence, because when they are aligned with their core values and standards, they state their boundaries in a non persistent and gentle way. They influence others by their higher vibrational presence of peace, connectedness and tolerance.

When you master the connection with yourself and become aware of which people you really want to admit in your closest circle, things change for better. You do not seek perfection for you and others at any cost and this raises your frequency to a higher level, so you become a magnet for others and you attract them, because you know and highly appreciate your inner value. In conclusion, do your best to let go of the mental chatter in your head, become more focused and balanced and make people around you feel free and happy in your presence. I have struggled with my mental chatter for many years to finally find out that when you reduce or eliminate it, things go right and you become the real master in your life.

So how can you reduce or even eliminate the mental chatter in you head?

I suggest you to follow this simple technique setting first the intent to help you live in peace, abundance and joy. Every time you hear the dialogue played again in your head, say mentally:” I let go of this chatter now. I honor, love and appreciate myself for I am a unique being on the planet Earth. I choose to release this chatter for my highest good and the highest good of all, everyone and the Whole. Thank you Universe for your support and help!”

Practice this every time when  you want to focus and balance yourself and be present at the current moment of life. So, stop listening to that inner dialogue of yours, know that you are bigger and stronger than it is.  Just choose to replace it with something more pleasant and beneficial for you, for example listening to good music, to Nature sounds, bird singing, wind blowing, etc. And always remember that you are a complete human being. As to your inner chatter, it is only one of the different parts you have which you could easily mange and integrate.

Right now you can start practicing the above mentioned technique with the clear intent to change your life for better. Remember, the most important thing is just to be an observer and notice all those new rewarding things that will enter your life and make you feel happy!
