A Simple Way to Reduce Your Daily Stress


Let’s talk about how a simple practice can help you live a peaceful and abundant life. Finding the way to reduce or even eliminate your daily stress is a process that needs to be consciously done.

We are different and unique as human beings and different things work for each of us. We have to deal with many stressors on a daily basis and do many things throughout the day. We are usually pressed by time and by our intensive daily schedule, so we spend a lot of our energy in hasting and racing with ourselves. We also play many roles and put different masks to please others, so day by day we have lost lost our true identity. We play this game again and again though it is leading us to the insufficiency or lack of time, energy and other resources, health and self-esteem issues and at the end stress surrounds us from everywhere.

When there is a deficiency of some kind in one area of life, you attract more of the same deficiency into your reality because the Law of Attraction states “Like attracts like!”. When we are in lack of something or we have an inferiority complex, we tend to choose a judgmental behavior, e.g. we tend to be critical to the actions, achievements and beliefs of others whom we do not appreciate.

I wrote about the Mirror Theory in some of my previous articles, because it is proven by practice and if you understand it, you can change the things in your life for better. Let me summarize the Mirror Theory as follow:

Every complicated life situation and/or difficult person you have to deal with is your mirror, because this is the way for you to get aware and understand that you have this same problem, behavior, belief or childhood pattern deep inside yourself on unconscious level and it has to become conscious. So, the time has come for you to realize what does not serve you any more and change it in order to advance and go to the next level of your evolution. If you try to understand this mirror effect, you will see that life becomes easier than before and the daily stress reduces to a zero level.

So how can we practice this new attitude to life on a daily basis?

I suggest you to do the following little technique that helped me many times when things went wrong in my life journey: I stretch my shoulders wide, widen my chest to open my heart center toward the Cosmos and I say mentally” Thanks, I choose to liberate myself from this here now!” Do this every time you feel badly or energy drained from different situations and people in life.

Remember that you are the one who chooses what to attract and realize in your life and moreover, you are responsible for it. Always appreciate yourself, because you are the most important person there. Appreciating yourself and your life lessons and working with the Mirror Theory will bring peace and joy into your inner and outer world. Right now you can start to use the above mentioned technique if you want to reduce the daily stressors in your life. Be open-minded and see what new will enter your life.
