The 3 Most Powerful Things That Will Help You Reduce Your Daily Stress Efficiently
Let’s talk about how finding your life purpose helps you live in peace and joy. Every person has an own purpose in life and finding what it is may help you align and connect yourself with all that really matters to you. Everyone of us has a calling or a purpose. We are all on this planet Earth for certain reasons and do not waste our time and/or energy when we care for your family or engage with something else we have choosen to do in life. What really matters is the way we do this process.
Please answer honestly these questions:
Are you operating from your heart or from your logical mind?
Are you aware of your life purpose and mission?
Are you aware of who you truly are?
You may live without taking the responsibility for your life and your purpose will stay there waiting for you till you become aware of it. Finding it allows you to have direction in life and be on the right path. If you live your life journey from your heart you will live with no regrets, judgments, criticism or perfectionism. We are living in a different world now, after the planetary changes in 2012 and things go faster than before, so it is very useful to understand what your life purpose is and when you master it, you will be aligned with your gifts and talents, with the uniqueness that is given you in this journey which is awesome. We are all on a life journey and we are all life co-creators. Be open-minded and aware of all things that happen in your life, because there is no coincidence in the Universe.
Every person or difficult life situation you have to deal with can teach you valuable lessons and the more complicated the things are the more useful your lessons are behind the curtain. I have had struggles for years and I had to cope with many things in my surroundings to finally find out what my solution was. Due to the many trainings and courses which I completed but mainly from my own experience and the self observation work that I did, I was able to finally find out the 3 most common things that can help us reduce or even eliminate our daily stressors.
- Gratitude.
This is one of the most frequently used practices that you can apply at any time – it is helpful for empowering your life and changing your surroundings. There is a scale of consciousness in the Universe – the quantum field we all live in is a place where everything vibrates on a determine frequency; we are also energetic beings and every one has its own frequency, which is set up by default in our body cells: therefore when we raise our consciousness and become aware of this, we start to vibrate on a higher frequency level.
Gratitude is one of the highest vibrational states and if you can attune yourself to the frequency of Gratitude, you will transform your life and will attract more powerful things of the same higher frequency into it. The more grateful you feel and the more you express it, the more gratitude you will receive back. I try to be as grateful as I can and say “Thank you, Universe!” from time to time throughout my day.
I suggest you to start developing the habit of being grateful for all that is and of expressing your gratitude in simple, beautiful and gentle ways. Set up some time every morning when you wake up, before you even get out of bed, to express gratitude for being alive, for the new day and its wonders awaiting you. When you start your day with the energy of gratitude pouring in your life, miracles come to happen. You can also express gratitude for the past day every evening before you go to bed.
Just close your eyes, scan your day and give thanks for everything wonderful that happened that day. Giving thanks before you go to sleep is a very powerful process, because the sleeping phase is a relaxation state for your physical body, but it is the “learning time” for your soul and you strengthen the connection with your higher self expressing gratitude just before going into this state. Remember that you have to express gratitude for everything that happens in your life – for everything good and not so good – which will open the gate of prosperity in your life.
- Try to understand and accept that everything happening to us is perfect because there are no mistakes in the Universe.
We are taking our life lessons on the arena of life. There are no mistakes in life, just experiences which help us develop and grow. When you say “It should not have happened to me” you argue with the reality and always lose. Now when I am writing this information, I look back into my life to briefly review it and see that everything which happened to me was for my highest good, everything without exception happened for me to learn and grow.
The most difficult moments and situations in my life were not my “punishment” or “bad karma” as I thought before, but actually steps of the ladder to perfection raising me and guiding me to something new and better. Now I have the understanding that the case when you are not getting what you want from life could always turn round to be a gift. “Why not” may give you things at the moment without wasting months and years to achieve it, and “Why me” may lock more good to come to you. It is good to learn our lesson, but if we do not succeed – the lesson will show up again and again until we understand it and break the circle, going on the next level of our evolution. Remember, life never brings you anything that you cannot handle with.
- Try to master the balance between giving and receiving.
The first gift you are given – that is life. It means that you are already given so much and blessed when your journey starts. For many years I have been only the good giver and receiving was not my strong part, but this caused me a lot of troubles when I was in this receiver’s role. I had lack of money and prosperity and felt uncomfortable to deal with this process. Remember, the more you have the more you give. If you want to be happy you have to share. We give because we live in a giving Universe. I can assure you from my own experience that giving is the key to open the portals of prosperity in you life and the more you give, the more abundant you are in life.
Every one has her own message and sharing your knowledge, gifts and joys with others will inspire them become happy and live now, which will reduce the daily stress and will open the gate to abundance in all areas of your life. The balance of sharing and giving can be really simple to maintain: just wish success and happiness to people around you and send them blessings of love, light and joy from your heart to theirs. This was the maim reason to start my Internet Blog, because I really had so many problems with receiving and my balance between giving and receiving was broken for many years.
I always remember a friend of mine who used to tell me “You must learn to be a good receiver.” And the most important thing in the giving-receiving connection is to really accept with your heart not only with your logical mind on a mental level. The presents, compliments and smiles other people are offering you throughout the day are gifts with real value and appreciating them you open the gates of the Universe and more of the same will flow into your life.
Right now it is the time for you to start practicing the abovementioned things if you want a better life. Be open-minded and open-hearted to notice and receive the new that will enter your life when you start doing this triple process of gratitude, acceptance and balance. In conclusion, be just an observer and remember that consistency and willingness are the core elements to success.
