Transforming Stress into Motivation for Life Improvement

Let’s talk about how viewing stress as a life-changing motivator is a more useful approach instead of battling and struggling with it all your lifetime. It does not mean to ignore it in your life, but to identify it and view it from a different perspective: as a transformational and motivational issue.

It was a part of my own experience to deal with stress, so and I know that the way you interpret it could be either creative or destructive to your life success. When you start decoding the message of stress and use this information to change your thoughts, beliefs and attitude to life, things become better and the Universe supports you by multiple channels.

Stress affects us no matter of our higher energy level or regular spiritual practices and meditations on a daily basis, because it has its secret purpose and it is to urge us to make changes and move ahead. It also helps us be aware and responsible of our thoughts, feelings and actions, mastering self-control and staying on the flow. When things go wrong and you feel upside down or quite exhausted after being out of control for some time, it is most likely that new possibilities are already emerging in your life. You may still not notice them, but they are really coming to you and you can benefit from them, if change your reaction to stress and become grateful that everything in your life changes for your highest good.

So how can we change our view to the stress symptoms as a transformational form of change? It requires self-discipline and concentration as well as some time to consciously change our attitude and start acting in a different way. I suggest you to try this simple powerful technique that works best for me. When I feel exhausted and overwhelmed, when I feet that it is time to change something in my life, because I cannot continue like this anymore, I stop for a while and ask myself two simple questions “What is the worst thing that could happen to me? How would I be involved in this worst possible situation?” Then I focus myself on my breathing just following my inhale and exhale, and I wait for the first answer or thought that will come into my head. That is the guidance, which my intuition will give me. Sometimes it is really surprising for me, but by doing this practice I become more aware of the situation and of myself, so I can see the overall picture as an observer, not only as a participant. Therefore I could make the best decision how to act resolve it.

I suggest you to start doing this practice when you feel something makes you crazy in order to detach yourself from the negativity. Do it for at least 7 days and you will see definite changes in your attitude to stress in life. Expect to be no more stressed but blessed by the flow of positive changes in your life, be open to allow, accept and manifest them with lightness, ease and grace.
