Practicing Meditation as a Stress Relief Remedy

Let’s talk about meditation as a remedy for stress relief. Meditation improves your health and strengthens your immune system. You become more centered and balanced to be now a master of your life.

Meditation is a practice in which you master your mind, observing the flow of thoughts going through it and becoming more and more aware of your life. The best way to practice meditation is to make it habitual on a daily basis, which will help you eliminate your stress triggers. I have tried many meditation techniques to find out what works best for me and I can assure you that it is an easy process but it requires time and self-regulation to be consciously done.

So what meditation technique is preferable in order to eliminate stress on a daily basis? Based on my own experience I suggest you to listen to relaxation music, because it is a very easy and useful way to relax and stay calm while you are listening to the proper music. Another way that works for me every time I feel exhausted and out of energy, is to make a some physical exercises or just simple Latin dance movements. These things bring usually my energy back and I feel relaxed and joyful.

As a remedy for stress relief you can also use a word, sentence or phrase as an affirmation. After you repeat it 3 times, observe the sensations you have as a response in your body. I suggest you to use “I AM”, because “I” means the masculine energy and “AM” is for the feminine one, so saying this as a combination brings back the balance into the physical body and you begin to feel happy and energized after using it.

Right now it is time to start with some meditation practice to be able to considerably reduce your daily stress. You may choose one of the above mentioned tips and begin to do it preferably lately in the evening just before you go to bed. Practice it at least 21 days and pay attention to the new things that will revive your life. Remember, meditation is like a magic pill for your body and soul! It may bring you outstanding results, if you do it regularly and devotedly. Wish you success!
