Step Outside Your Bubble of Reality in Order to Reduce the Daily Stress


Let’s talk about the bubble of reality or the so called comfort zone where we usually feel safe and secure in life. Your bubble of reality represents your secure habits and patterns of living, the space where everything and everyone is well known especially in your close surroundings. There are some kinds of stressors which exist in it, but you can easily deal with them because you knew them well and from time to time you use some tips and tricks in order to overcome them for a short period of time.

You live in this bubble of reality and think that you are a life master and you control and manage your journey, because you have all these well known stressors that are manageable and not so bothering for you. As you can handle all that is well known to you, you feel secure and safe in this well known and carefully maintained environment of your own. You may think that this is the real world and it is better than the world of others because you feel stability in it and nothing endangers you there. You spend there most of your precious time experiencing a lot of regrets about the past and trying to create a clearer vision about the future, so in this way you somehow miss the present moment and cannot be on the flow.

Your self esteem is as good as it is supposed to be relying on all these connections with the past and the future. So you continue to live in this comfortable way without even realizing that your bubble of reality is very different from the outer world and does not correspond to the new energies that surround us after the planetary shift at the end of 2012. While you are still feeling comfortable and secure in your bubble of reality, the outer world has already changed, so we are now living in new vibrational frequencies with Her majesty the Sacred Feminine that starts influencing our lives.

In this new reality we are manifesting things faster and easier than before gradually becoming masters of life and Divine co-creators who are consciously choosing what to put in their new environment. Therefore, stepping out of your zone of comfort is really important for you, if you want to live in a different way, to expand your horizons and have more abundance and joy, peace and harmony, beauty and satisfaction in your everyday life.

If you are like most people, you probably follow a daily routine, you live on autopilot day by day and interact with a limited number of people who usually remain the same throughout your lifetime. This is your limited and limiting comfort zone and thus you diminish yourself by doing the same known things and maintaining the old relationships and patterns of behavior, beliefs and expectations coming from your family and social background (school, job, hobbies, etc.), from you close surroundings and also in a genetic way.

But the conditions of living have considerably changed at all levels, including the planetary level, so they are completely different from the time of your childhood and teen age, so most probably they will not serve you anymore. Everything in life is in constant motion, so we have to attune ourselves to this flow of changes and be present now, which will help us develop and grow in a very gracious and fluent way.

In this newly born feminine world striving to come into balance with the Sacred Masculene and the Inner Child in everyone of us, the time has come for us to get rid of all that is not aligned with the Unity consciousness, to step out of our comfort zones and to start creating a new beautiful, balanced, and peaceful life, much happier and healthier than before. So how to step out of your bubble of reality and still feel secure and happy in the new world awaiting you out there with infinite possibility and new gifts and blessings?

I suggest you to start with small steps in order to overcome the boundaries you have built in your conscious mind for yourself and also for others, allowing yourself to meet new people and more challenging situations in life, to explore unknown things and accept some reasonable risks and adventures  to the extent when you begin to feel secure and calm with them too. This will greatly enlarge and uplift your conscious awareness. I can highly recommend you to try some new activity, which you have never tried before; for example, a salsa dance class or a group fitness class could be a good decision for you. Go to places and events where you can meet new people, establish new relationships and by the way, you will even learn something more about yourself, too!

Right now it is time for you to make conscious efforts trying to enlarge your zone of  comfort and master your life journey. Enjoy the beauty of the way and the journey itself, do not think only and solely of the means, or how you will get from point A to point B. In fact, the Universe will provide you with all you need, if you really know and feel who you are and where you’d like to go! Remember that big transformations always begin with simple baby steps and if you are committed to do them one after the other, you will make a big progress.
