Self-regret Healing and Self-acceptance as a Remedy for Stress Relief

Let’s talk about self-regret healing and self-acceptance as a way to release the accumulated daily stress. Understanding the importance of self-acceptance helps us be healthy and have an abundant life.

Self-regret is dissatisfaction of yourself over something lost or done. But it is not necessary to always be connected with your past experience, because you can also be angry and judge yourself at the present moment. Self-regret could be connected with your self-esteem, but it can also refer to a situation or a person that you face on your path to success and personal growth.

Last Wednesday during a training at my work I suddenly saw through my inner sight the word “self-regret” written in front of me. At the beginning I was so confused that I could not even understand that the word was given to me in order to observe my attitude to life. At the end of the day I felt something new was coming and I had some transformations on a physical level. I felt like I was getting ill but at the same time my inner guidance whispered to me not to worry. Although the symptoms were those of a cold, there were so many “coincidences” that usually don’t happen with me when I am ill. My nose started running and I could not speak for a couple of hours, I felt stiff and at the same time I perceived that there was a big transformation waiting for me at the corner.

I remember that a few hours before the training I started seeing tulips all around me. The first one was an indigo tulip and the message was that my intuition worked excellently. After that I started seeing golden tulips around me sending me the message of wealth. While I was writing this article my eyes were running, which was unusual for me as usually I have difficulties with crying. I am definitely sure now that the self-regret message was just to show me to stop judging and criticizing myself and to raise my self-esteem to a new level according to the new surroundings after the planetary shift. This was the real shift in my paradigm and my attitude to life because it showed me in a very useful way to accept myself as I am and do the only thing that really matters for me at the present moment.

With the new planetary configuration after 2012 I perceived the change coming into my life but I really could not imagine how fast I would be creating my new reality. Time and space are different now and things materialize themselves in a shorter time. The cleaning process I went through was so deep that I couldn’t even imagine things could go the old way and I finally understood for myself: there is not a better practice for oneself than to pay attention to the messages of the physical body, because the body is our instrument of experience and if we could understand its signs better we will be in a greater health and wealth.

So can we make things like self-regret work for us the best? I can assure you that when things go the wrong direction the body responds with a disease, because this is the way for us to understand that what we do is not OK and we need to change something in our lives. I recommend you to do this simple practice to see if you are attuned and on track. When you feel stressed or acting on an auto pilot just think about this one thing that makes you feel happy and fulfilled when you are on this journey here now. Then do that only thing, which makes you feel this way. And every time you feel self-regret of being abandoned, neglected, offended remember and do this practice, because it will help you stay balanced and focused on what you really want from life.

Right now it is the time for you to act if you want to master your life and feel happy and wealthy. Do this for at least 21 days and observe the changes that will come into all areas of your life. Remember to do this on a regular basis and the blessings of abundance and happiness will be with you on your life path always.
