Clear Daily Focus on Peace Reduces Stress Tremendously


Let’s talk about how to have more peace throughout your day. To live in peace and to keep your focus on this issue for only one day of your life will help you be balanced and have more fun and joy. Ask yourself how you can align with more peace today. Just stay focused on this goal of being peaceful without asking for solutions to any of your problems. Focus yourself on having peace in just that day of your life.

A simple way of concentration is to focus on your inhale and exhale and bring all your attention to follow the process of your breathing. This will help your mind not to be distracted by other things all day long. It is equal to a mental shift – being fully present now by doing only one thing at a time. Then you can turn your mind back to your normal daily activities.

We are living in a new dimension now and if we want to be fully aligned with Mother Earth we need to consciously change ourselves and live a better and more conscious life. Some days ago I had a vision in front of my 3rd eye. My mother was in a hospital and I made more meditations than usual on a daily basis. I saw two parallel squares in green and yellow and I thought they were a sign for me that my Mom would be OK.

The 5th dimension can be categorized with one word – “structure” At the beginning of 2013 I was given my structure. I saw a big, stable rectangle with qualities written inside, so I was sure the two squares were a sign for my mom’s wellbeing in the new upcoming world. And I was really surprised yesterday, because I saw a new square in green and blue. The signs were given to me when I was fully present and grounded, being with open eyes, and not in alpha state as when I do my regular meditation practice. The last square I saw became golden – the color, which I usually visualize in my meditations. I was sure this was a sign for me as I saw it a couple of times, moreover I knew what it symbolized – Power, Unity and Mother Earth.

The message was clear – to be focused on just one thing at a time not trying to put all family problems on my shoulders and take the emotional stuff from my Mom and her stay at the hospital. The experience I had for some days was the first stage of my clearing process, but I did not understand it this way at first. The most powerful state of my awareness finalizing the clearing process was the golden square. Golden is my favorite color, I usually see it in meditations, so I definitely know the golden square is a sign for me. I have to stop taking foreign burden and learn to take it easy. I need more peace throughout my day and to shift my mind and attitude from negative to positive things and people on a daily basis.

I had many transformations and energy clearings during the time of my last illness and I can assure you this was one of my difficult life lessons. So, I suggest you to start focusing on just one thing you want to do at that time. As a simple, but very powerful technique I highly recommend you to mentally repeat the word “peace” as a mantra throughout your day. Another thing you can do is to focus on your breathing and become aware of it, because this is a way to divert your mind from all problems you have in life and to concentrate on just one thing your intuition guides you to do. The third thing you can do as an aid for peaceful life is to take some rest and mentally ask yourself whether you really need all these things and activities throughout the day. Determine what is really important for you now and do not waste your energy for trifles instead of being fully present at the moment and spend more of your time for fun and rejuvenation.

Right now it is time for you to consciously focus on having more peace throughout the day. Remember that the 5th dimensional time and space are different and everything manifests in your surroundings much easier than before, at blink of an eye. Start to practice one of the techniques I mentioned above, do it for at least 21 days and see the results.
