Making True Choices Reduces Daily Stress


Let’s talk about the option to see the choices we have in a stressful situation instead of struggling to battle the stressors on a daily basis. Seeing the different choices we have and implementing the given opportunities in life will impact in a positive way your health and wealth in these new surroundings after the planetary shift in 2012.

We are all unique in nature and we see things in different perspectives. The upcoming era is a new beginning for the humankind and brings new challenges to deal with on a daily basis.
We manifest what we think faster than before and it is useful to understand this in order to live a happier and more abundant life. The different parts and aspects of ourselves have to be already integrated, if we want to live without wasting our energy. What really matters are our inner processes and vibrations, because the way we think and feel reflects in our outer world and attracts similar energies to us.

Based on my own experience I can suppose that we all have two main parts within ourselves: the Judge and the Victim: in different stages of our development and personal growth they rule our life journey and we play the role either of the Judge or of the Victim. To be fully present here now is a decision one has to make by free will, because when the inner parts of the judge and victim are integrated we have all our energy back and live a much better and fulfilled life. Certainly, we are much more than our mind, but mind can live in different dimensions at a time and we have to be sure enough about what we are doing or be capable to rather explain it logically in order to feel secure and saved.

Fortunately or unfortunately your life quality and the level of your daily stress will tend to stay with you for the rest of your life – unless you identify it and change it. Observing your thoughts, fears and actions and being capable of making true choices throughout the day as a response to the challenges life gives you right now is the best way you can follow in the new era of the human evolution. Most of us believe that we live our lives based on choice, but this is not usually true, because we have to make conscious choices coming from our heart, otherwise we act on autopilot and we are ruled by our past conditioning and old habits.

So, how can we make true choices to reduce our daily stressors? I suggest you to try a simple but powerful practice, which personally helped me many times when I was unsecured or feel guilty of judging myself and not seeing all my opportunities and choices. Remember that the first key element of all changes is awareness. Start doing this little practice consciously and persistently to gain a better health and more abundance in your new surroundings.

Practice:

1. Start doing conscious choices day by day.
2. Observe your thoughts, fears, beliefs, habits and even actions or nonactions.
3. Explore yourself and the way you see the choices, which life gives you throughout your day.
4. Pick up one choice and try to implement it throughout the day.
5. The way you feel shows the origin of your choice: whether you have made it from your heart or by logic; so, the way you feel is the criteria, because if you are happy and feel at peace with yourself, congratulations – you have made a heart-based choice.

Do this practice for at least 21 days and observe the new things that will enter your life. Right now it is the time to act, if you want to quickly change your reality and live a better and happier life. Try to be more aware and see the choices beneath every situation or life challenge: be open to accept them and determined to implement them.
