Resistance to Change and the Body Stress Connection


We know that finding a simple way to release stress on a daily basis is crucial for our wellbeing. Stress affects the physical body unnoticeably, but in a very powerful way, so the final result could be disease, anxiety or depression. All this will make you feel unsecure and may provoke many other troubles in your life too.

Stress can be interpreted as a symptom of your resistance to change. This could be resistance to a physical change, or a change in thinking, or a change in the way we manage our emotions. We sometimes suffer more or less, but still prefer to stay in our comfort zone where everything is well known and secure. However, change is something natural and necessary. It triggers us to think and act, to do something useful and new in our lives bringing us improvements in every area of being, including vibrant health.

Life challenges us to move forward and grow because we need to understand that we are here on a mission to learn our lessons, which cannot happen if we always stay in our comfort zone and do not dare to take risks. Making gradual conscious changes will lead to an abundant and peaceful lifestyle, because changes bring transformation as a result of making something different than the ordinary things we habitually do when going on an auto-pilot day by day throughout our life journeys.

It took me many years of research and personal growth trainings to finally find out that there are always choices we have to make not by obligation but consciously and wisely, so this is the main key for your success in life. This free will process depends on your personal understandings and belief system, but it is also related to your openness to accept new challenges and new gifts in life. We can master this process by training ourselves to do and accept changes starting with small simple steps on a daily basis. Life is supposed to be simple but we complicate it a lot when trying to do things to match our expectations thus blocking the Universe to support us. It is always a matter of choice and the choice we make depends of our openness and how ready we are to let things happen and flow fluently in your life.

For many years I have maintained the belief that I make a choice once and for ever. Life has given me so many opportunities, but in fact I have missed some of them because of my resistance to change and desire to compare with others /One of my false beliefs was that if somebody was an authority in my life I had to be like them/. I learned in a hard way that when you made a choice this choice could be valuable for a certain moment of time. So you are free to make another choice and decision in the next upcoming moment that can be completely different than the first one, because there is nothing wrong with flexibility: in this way you understand and integrate your life lessons and grow. Life is very dynamic, so you have to change and transform yourself constantly in order to be on the flow.

Remember that you always have the right to choose and do something which you feel good for you at that moment. However, there is nothing wrong if you decide to do just the opposite or a completely different thing in the next minute or two. Now it is the time for you to start practicing small changes in order to change your journey for better, live in peace and transform yourself for your highest good. Be open-minded and observe the changes that will enter your life every time when you try this different approach in your life journey
