How to Manage Stress Using Repeated Actions


Let’s talk about how repeated conscious actions can help you manage stress on a daily basis. We know that consistency and commitment are the core elements for success in all areas of life. Repeated actions on a daily basis will help you reduce or even eliminate the complicated situations and treat difficult people in proper way coping with all things which make you feel angry or worried.

When you are more aware of what brings you troubles in life you can then make “repeated action-based solutions” to protect yourself and improve your behavioral patterns. Once you have noticed that something is working for you giving you the desired results then you can repeat this solution in other stressful situations or with various difficult people to have a multiple result in the end.

To find my own way to deal with this was one of my hard life lessons and I am still mastering it  trying to discover the most efficient method for minimizing or even eliminating my daily stress in a way that really corresponds to my true nature. I know that it is not so easy to break the circle of your life lessons  but when you learn the lesson you can apply the solution by just simply modifying it to almost all the other challenges you have to deal with throughout your life. It works for me that way because the lessons are all interconnected and they are bounded to each other and interrelated in a certain way. Understanding this will give you more awareness of life and the ability to find out the best solution that works for you in the specific situation at that moment – so a half of your problems will be automatically resolved by implementing this approach of good practices and models of behavior. You may use it as a key that can unlock the gates to prosperity and health in your life because when you raise your vibration the Universe will respond to your new conscious state of being.

So how can we take repeated conscious actions on a daily basis in order to reduce or even eliminate our repeated stress to a zero level? What are the things that we can use as solutions to decrease or let go of our daily stressors? Just think for a moment what makes you raise your vibration and feel happy and joyful.

Happiness is the best remedy for stress: in other words, the things which make us happy and joyful are the solution to the problem of tension. What are these things which can bring us happiness – this is a question everyone can answer in their own way because as individuals we are truly unique and different things work for everyone of us. For me my favorite solution to the stress issue is Latin dancing or a simple workout throughout the day. These are my preferred ways to be on track because they bring my mental and physical energies back into the body. I feel calm and rejuvenated after doing some physical exercises and enjoy the life dance itself. You maybe think that such simple things cannot have the power to release your stressors. If so, then I can offer you another solution that will hopefully help you in your “stress case issue”. Think about the number one thing that makes you feel happy, relaxed and attuned to appreciate the life beauty. Write it down on a peace of paper and observe the feeling emerging in your physical body when you read it aloud.

Remember that same feeling each time you are involved in a complicated situation or in a relationship with a difficult person and try to invoke the feeling inside yourself as a best solution to raise your vibration and get out of the energy of stress and negativity that is ongoing with this. Do this each time you feel you are getting stressed, overloaded or overwhelmed. This is the way to reduce your daily stress with a repeated action based on a solution that works for you the best, and it is like a magic pill that helps you draw your energy back and makes your life journey enjoyable.

Right now it is the time for you to start applying the process of repeated solution-based actions in order to reduce or even eliminate your daily stress because of the new upcoming world when we manifest everything in our surroundings at blink of an eye.
