How Doing One Step at a Time Helps You Reduce Your Daily Stress

“Inaction/Nonaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breads confidence and courage. If you want to conquer fear, do not sit home and think about it. Go out and get busy.”

Dale Carnegie

This motto represents the essence of your life struggles. Fear and Love- they are the two sides of the same coin. If we release our fears life becomes easier and more peaceful than before, we enjoy our life journey and reduce our daily stress to about zero levels. The fear of failure, or in other words, the fear of taking action or having the wrong step done is the dominant one in our lives.

Is it useful to make small steps towards our desired goals, isn’t it? Yes, it is! Is it good to take action and learn the results, both positive and negative ones? Yes, because this is the way for us as human beings to develop and grow. It is a real mastery to become “perfect action takers” and “perfect receivers” too, because we were born here on the planet Earth to learn, develop and grow in order to become powerful integrated enlightened and lovable human beings.

Yes, we are all born as life Co-creators, but somehow down the road we have lost ourselves in complicated situations, interactions with others and improper attitude to life that cause us much stress, unsatisfaction and exhaustion throughout the day becoming a chronical problem for us. We prefer to stay in our comfort zone, because everything in it is well known and secure, we prefer to go on without challenges, fears, doubts or frustration on “what to do next” or “how to deal with…” – name it in your words to fill in the dots and complete the sentence.

Life is supposed to be simple and joyful and everything in the Universe moves in its own speed. Nothing is at rest in nature. Motion is life and life is always related to motion. Taking small steps toward something new and challenging is always for your highest good. There is no need to move mountains or break walls with your heads, because if something is for you, it will come into your reality without suffering or hard efforts from your side. But it is very useful when we take little baby steps towards the things we want to manifest in our personal world.

“Imperfect actions” are the lessons you should learn and master as fast as you can to finally not only reduce to minimum but even eliminate your daily stressors in order to have a peaceful and fulfilled life. How can you do this? Well, it caused me many searches, I passed not a few trainings and made profound self-observations so that to find out what is really helpful. I want to share with you that simple practice which I use to master my process of overcoming “imperfect acting”.

Every time I want to stop and think before taking the next step, I put away my logic and all mental drawings and pictures with my desirable solutions. Then I ask my self mentally “Shall I go and really do it? Will it make me more limited or limitless, is it for my highest good and for the highest good of the Whole”? And then I listen to my physical body response /the answer may come to you through many channels – a book, quote, symbol, number or something else speaking to you in its own and unique way. I use my physical body response and then I go and do the action, ignoring my mental chatter.

That is my way. Usually, I have two ways to receive answers to my questions – my inner voice/intuition and my physical body response. I have “trained “myself to act following my inner guidance without judging or criticizing my inner voice. No logic there, just listening and acting! Remember that! So, this is my way to become a “perfect action taker”. Maybe yours will be different and unique. Feel free to try my “perfect action taker” practice and see what new will enter your life.

Right now it is the time for you to start practicing the way of doing small but right actions in order to reduce your stress and enjoy the journey of life itself. Remember that the big transformations and changes start with making small baby steps in the way towards your desired goals. If you advance little by little, you will make a big progress, be sure of this!
