Simple Practice of Being Vulnerable as a Remedy for Stress Relief


Let’s talk about how practicing vulnerability on a daily basis could help us be authentic and release or even eliminates our daily stressors in life. What is vulnerability? It is the process of expressing your physical and emotional injury. It would be helpful for releasing the associated pain, suffering and tension and heal ourselves. For me it is also connected to the search of advancement and perfection, because striving to be powerful and perfect we do not want to show our weakness and vulnerability. Practicing vulnerability means overcoming of the perfection issue which I had to struggle with almost all of my life. Women want to be perfect in every area of life. They also want to please others by playing different roles and wearing various masks in order to be honored and loved.

Expressed emotions are the way to release them and let go of all negative stuff you have throughout the day. But when emotions are suppressed things go the direction which is not good for us and the final result is stress accumulation that makes us feel exhausted and depressed. To show vulnerability is really a life mastery and bravery to be honest with yourself and others. When you do it with consistency and devotion you can reduce or even eliminate all stressful situations and difficult people you meet because you are going to show your true self, so you will not look small and weak in the people’s eyes but authentic and fair – a real sensitive human being that is not a super personality or a hero, but a happy fulfilled person in the everyday life. .

Remember that we are all here in the School of Life to learn our lessons while incarnated on the planet Earth, therefore, it is our right to be imperfect so that we could experience different things, make various choices and learn by our improper actions or wrongdoing in order to develop and grow spiritually. Life is our school and we all have different lessons to learn in unique and usually unknown ways.

Showing your vulnerability is the way to be authentic and honest to yourself, helps you set your priorities and boundaries and spend your lifetime in a unique and fluent way, because when you are living with your core values you emit harmony and peace, so people are attracted by you on a subconscious level and the Universe supports you in a way that all negative and complicated stuff goes away from you and your life. I do not tell you there will be no life challenges in your life, but the real benefit from this practice is that you will not waste your time and efforts in things which do not resonate with you, so your life will become easier than before and you will be able manage your energy in a very efficient way.

So how can we practice vulnerability on a daily basis? Is there a technique or a shortcut to implement and release the stressors from our daily life? I use a simple aid to do this throughout my day. It is related to the process of expanding your awareness to practice this and to reduce your stress. It is simple but powerful and I would like to share it with you. Each time I feel something is wrong or unexpected troubles suddenly come my way I mentally ask myself: Do I need to handle with this situation or person from the perspective of my Super Woman personality living in me? Do I need to struggle with this stuff and be the Warrior to life, or to expose my Vulnerable part/aspect and surrender?

After many years of training I really trained myself to trust my intuition not to fight, judge or criticize my inner voice, so that things arranged for me in the simplest and easiest way. I invite you to start practicing vulnerability which will lead to a better connection and manifestation of your essence, if you really want to maintain a peaceful and healthy life style.

Right now the time for you as an individual; and for all of us as humankind has come because of the cosmic conditions of transition and quantum shift we are living in. The new world has different rules and if you are not capable to change yourself, life will treat you in the same way as before and you will stay in your life lessons circle over and over again.
