Questioning yourself can Help you Reduce your Daily Stress


Let’s talk about how by knowing your life purpose you will feel a worthy and precious person and that awareness itself will reduce your daily stress and will support you to be on the flow.

The response to the question why you were born here on the planet Earth will guide you to the truth that you have your unique soul signature as well as your unique life service and mission.

Life will certainly become easier than before when you discover the answers to your “Why do I live and what am I here for ” as your inner awareness rules your life no matter if you believe it or not.

We all have different ways of asking ourselves “why”, the answers also differ and change in the different stages of our lives, so it is obvious that we have different goals to chasse throughout our life journeys.

As to me, I was provoked some time ago by a Theta healing seminar to search for the reason why it made me feel so imbalanced and left a sense of discord in my gut.

I have already written many articles on my blog and I don’t think I am a real healer because of my dominant personality type of a teacher.

So, I had to ask myself about the reason for my resistance to this great healing process.

Yes, I did get many benefits from it plus some new powerful things which entered my life with ease and grace but the resistance still remained.

So I had to clear it out so that to be able to continue my journey on Earth.

Your self-questioning will in fact make you revise your life story and the way you behave and respond to other people’s values and in general you need to reconsider the way you treat yourself in life.

So, it is very important for you to know the answer to your “whys “and to see how it relates to your “ whos.”

What do the people and situations you attract in your life indicate? As a matter of fact, they are a reflection of your family background and surroundings, your behavioral and childhood patterns grounded in you by your closest circle of relatives and friends, What happens to you in life represents your life views and behaviors from the past. It shows in practice the way you look at things and creates the life feedback loop that brings you all the things you hold in your inner world – good or bad ones – to be manifested for you right now.

So taking this into consideration, how can we become more harmonized and balanced throughout our day?

The answer is by asking ourselves the appropriate questions in order to figure out what and who in a particular situation make us angry, frustrated and out of balance.

It sounds simple but still it is not easily applied in our busy everyday life.

As I have mentioned before my mission is to help women all over the world reduce the daily stress by using simple and easy tips in their everyday life.

I can suggest you to try this simple technique of asking your inner self questions about a complicated situation or every time when you see that your life is going in a slightly different direction from what you have expected or when it goes out of the blue.

The question could be, for example “Why do I have this problem?” or “Who is causing this trouble to me?”.

You can ask mentally yourself these two questions in order to receive some knowhow and see the exit point or the way to overcome your stress and inner struggle.

“How” represents your own unique recipe and the way that is beneficial for you so that to resolve the problem. Self-questioning can be used for almost any problem in life.

As to me, I finally found out that just by knowing the answer to my “why” I could see the “how” as a golden flashing light in front of me and in this golden light there are usually some words or even sentences in a written form that guide me to my problem solution in step 1, step 2 and step 3 which I have to take.

Right now you may try to practice the “why-who/what-how” technique on a daily basis or whenever you feel stressed and overwhelmed in order to become more centered and balanced.

Be your own observer and look through the eyes of a passing-by stranger all new and powerful things that will enter your new reality.
