One Helpful Thing for Releasing your Daily Stress


Let’s talk about how different and unique we are as human beings so that there is perhaps a specific way for everyone to release their daily stress and tension.

Therefore, you may use different tips and methods and in different proportion and combination every day in order to find out what works best for you and what does not.

Based on my own experience and self-work I can give you a simple and very easy way to reduce your daily stress which can be easily applied in your every day life.

I used to do this practice for many years and I can assure you that it is very good to keep you balanced and staying on the flow.

May be some of you are familiar with using affirmations and mantras.

These are specific word combinations that people use in order to focus on them in a meditative state of mind and perceive their deep meaning and sense.

It is not a fancy thing to focus on a specific word or phrase or even affirmation /affirmation states for a positive statement usually connected to your needs and desires and written in present tense/ when you go to a meditative state of mind, because this is a very powerful and simple way to attune yourself to your core essence without distractions.

Therefore, it is obvious that it helps to experience the oneness and the harmonious bond of both body and brain with the surroundings.

I have tried many meditation practices so far in order to figure out which one works best for me and I can assure you that when I focus on my name, for example, the results are sky rocking.

My name is Pravda originating from an old Slavic language meaning Justice or Truth.

On the other hand, my name is a part of the pentagram and so, it gives me a very high vibration of liberation, strength and unconditional love in my inner world and in my surroundings.

As you probably may know number five in the traditional numerology corresponds to the physical body and has its own reflection and influence on everything I think, feel and do.

I wished to know all these things a couple of years ago but now I know that everything in life is given at the perfect moment when you are ready and you are allowing things to happen in a natural and non persistent way.

So, One Thing that worked best in my life was my name which I was chanting throughout the day as it is unique and represents my core essence.

I know many named Mary and John but every human being operates and vibrates on a unique vibrational frequency in life corresponding to their soul signature, so it is obvious that one Mary has nothing to do with another one.

So, I suggest you to start chanting your own name throughout the day each time when you have to face different life challenges and be vigilant to see how this process will affect your life further on.

Try to do this name chanting for at least 21 days to see how your life will change in the nearest future.

Just stay open-minded and observe the changes without judging or putting labels.

Remember that we are facing a new dimensional reality now and have to attune ourselves to all these new life conditions, if we want to leave a better and happier life.

Now is the time to start using your own name with all your respect and dignity.
