How Your Physical Body Appearance Helps You Reduce the Daily Stress


Let’s talk about how finding a simple way to reduce the daily stress is by understanding your physical body language. Maybe some of you have already read the articles on my internet blog at www.pravda-antonova.com and know that I have been engaged in the fitness industry for many years.

My body is healthy and fit but in order to be centered and balanced in the new reality we all share on Mother Earth after December 2012 it is beneficial for us to bring into balance our entire mind-body -spirit set.

After many years on the path of personal development and growth I finally found out my best methods and practices to stay on track. Believe me or not, but physical activity is the simplest way to do this. I do not mean that to reduce your daily stressors you should do long and exhausting workouts or hard cardio trainings, because after 2012 we are living in a higher dimensional reality and the energies are completely different than before.

We can materialize things in this new reality at a glimpse of an eye. So it is better to attune ourselves to these new conditions and energies and change our attitude to life in order to be fully present on the flow. Therefore in order to help our physical body attunement to these new life conditions we all encounter it is crucial for us to start doing small indoor or outdoor activities as physical activity is the simplest way to reduce the daily stress. It is better for you to do these activities in the morning because the energies are purer and higher then and the physical activity is the simplest way to release all your negative thoughts, feelings and emotions and invite positive ones in a simple and effective way.

On the other hand it is beneficial to let go of life control mindset and to surrender to life appreciating its challenges and beauty. If you like to control everyone and everything in your surroundings as I used to do, this will be physically expressed in the appearance of your belly and thighs. Your body can look great but you will have a rounded belly and stout thighs no matter how many crunches and foot exercises you do regularly. So, by understanding your physical body you can be aware of how things go in your life. And the practice I suggest you to follow, if you wan to be on the right track and enjoy your life journey, is very simple but powerful and it is called a vertical figure eight.

Practice Description:

Just making the vertical figure eight with your hips for at least 10 min a day will help you reduce your daily stress in a remarkable way. The figure eight is the Universal sign of infinity and represents our unlimited potential and the state of abundance which is our natural way of being present here on Mother Earth. This is the model of vibration of our physical body cells and it is set up by default in us. Therefore, it has a very strong healing effect on our mind-body-spirit set.

Right now is the time for you to start working with your energies in order to feel relaxed and happy. Try to practice physical and mental workouts in order to be focused and centered.
