A Simple Way to Reduce the Daily Stress


Let’s talk about the benefits of accepting things as they are in their diversity and uniqueness in order to reduce or even eliminate the daily stress. Accepting diversity in life as a positive trait will shift your mindset because you gain a better understanding of the Universe’s law and this will reduce your daily stress tremendously. You will see all opportunities and options in almost every situation and when you surrender it there will be no more stress from failure deep inside yourself and you will enjoy your journey on the mother Earth.

There is always a way for you to travel the distance between point A and B in life but the real truth is not to focus your efforts on that travel and not to be stressed or concentrated only on that process because life is too short to complete all your goals that you want to accomplish; have in mind that you are here on a mission on the planet Earth, so thinking only about your final goal /point B respectively/ and feeling fear from failure that you may not complete it could be a very stressful experience and you may suffer from it for a long time and sometimes it could be very hard to end point B if things go in a wrong direction or not in the way you have expected them to be.

Based on my experience I know how exhausted this thinking could be and especially from my own self- observation work and practice I finally understood that there is no such thing as “life failures” because there are only lessons for us to learn and develop and we are all students in the school of life so learning your lessons help you make good decisions, take proper purpose-driven actions and get amazing results, in order to improve and facilitate your life.

Once you start realizing that there are no life failures but only life lessons to learn, things become easier than before. Looking form this new perspective to life and accepting failures as its lessons will bring peace and joy in your reality and you will have more time for yourself, family and closest friends. So, how can we easily do this process regularly in order to live better and abundant life?

I think that the most simplest and powerful way is to become your own “guru”. I don’t like this word a lot, but in this particular case I will use it in order to have better understanding and communication with women from different cultures and state of mind. You have your brain at your disposal and the brain is an amazing and very powerful instrument. It organizes experiences you have had in your life before into clusters of information that it makes in files deep away in your subconscious mind.

Each time you faced with a tough decision it automatically references these files in order to create some kind of a suggestion of what you should do or not do next. So this subconscious suggestion shows up like a tiny little feeling that you can’t quite logically explain that makes you go toward something in a particular direction. This is the so called intuition, heart sense or gut instinct you named it in a way that resonates the best with your language and perceptions. It represents your inner knowledge and wisdom and is always available to you but you usually ignore this voice within yourself if you are looking for the answers coming outside instead of within yourself.

Your intuition always knows the needed answer and what is for your highest good at the present moment. When you get aware of this direct connection with your true essence and start following its guidance everything in your life changes to better and easier than before. You will be guided through the right people, places and situations and will not lose time, money or resources to figure out what is for your highest good.

The Universe will support you in a way that will remove your life obstacles that makes you scary and afraid and you will have a stress-free and abundant life. If you have fear to face or to make a decision you can now realize that on the other side of making that decision is a whole new realm of opportunities and possibilities that stayed beneath the surface and can be easily seen when you change your perspective and fear or doubts acceptance.

You really have to tune into your intuition, follow its guidance and then take a proper action and do the things that will bring you closer to your goal. This does not mean that taking this action is for a lifetime. You are free to change the decision and respectively the action if you think that in a further moment something different will be more beneficial for you at the moment.

Remember that the more decisions you make and the more actions you take the better results you gain in life, results that make you feel happy and live a peaceful and fulfilled life. You can start right now to practice this process of facing your life lessons by listening and following your intuition guidance and can easily do this in the next 21 days to see what new will enter your life.

Remember that transformations are long-lasting processes and they have to be consciously done if you want to master your reality. Every thought, feeling or action matters and it is up to you to create misery or abundance in it because you play the main role in your own journey here, on Mother Earth and you create your own life story!”
