How to Use the Indigo Color for Reducing Women’ Stress


The sixth energetic center is located in the middle of the forehead, between the eyebrows and is associated with the indigo color. It is the color of intuition, which has not yet been fully developed. Our third eye, gives us the possibility to be totally connected to the Universe, without any fears, stress, worries and disappointments. An open third eye gives us inner strength and responsibility to create all things in our life.

Indigo is related to faith and self-respect. It supports focusing and contemplation. It gives loyalty and purpose. An unconscious process may also be represented by indigo. You can use indigo when you want to create a disciplined and focused atmosphere, also when you want to face your fears or relax your busy mind. I love indigo because my day of birth is number 6. All my life I used it a lot and passed many trainings and techniques to work with my intuition and to master it. I know how it works for me and I hope it will work for you too.
