How to Work with Your Energy as a Remedy for Stress Relief


Let’s talk about how understanding your own energy helps you overcome stress on a daily basis. We are made up of energy and can self-heal ourselves in energetic ways, so that we could live in peace and balance enjoying our life trip from every point A to point B.

We live in a quantum field of energy and everything existing in it is made up of energy. We are also energetic beings and every person vibrates on a certain level of frequency. Therefore, we can self-heal ourselves if we understand how to manage our own natural flow of energy in an efficient and powerful way and if we can overcome the energetic blockages in our physical bodies. Tuning in to our energetic body and system is not a complicated process and if we learn to deal with our negative emotions quickly and to transform them into positive ones as soon as possible, everything changes to better by itself. This is how the self-healing works.

But how can we deal with our negative emotions and quickly transform them into positive ones? How can we do this process on a daily basis? Based on my own experience I can suggest you to do some basic physical activities and stretching exercises because this is the most proven way to change the energy flow into the physical body. If this sounds unusual or strange to you – it is OK. Then just go some walking and see how quickly your mood will improve.

Another proven technique I use is to watch comedies on your computer desktop or TV screen. Laugh aloud for only a minute or two: I can assure you that everything with your mood will be Ok after that and the tension in your head and physical body will go away. Laughter is a real power and when you combine laughing with all your voice even to tears the results are awesome.

The third way to deal with negative energy is to do something that is your hobby or something that is special to you. As to me, it is to enjoy a cup of coffee in a luxury cafeteria looking at the people around, because I adore the smell and taste of coffee and appreciate being a silent observe of what is going around. This is a very useful practice from my point of view, but as people are different in nature, you could for example, love tea or juice, or something else – so, feel free to implement the technique according to what is precious to you only.

Remember that the feeling itself of doing something you really appreciate generates a positive energy flow into your physical, mental and emotional bodies removing all your blockages away and making you feel well and satisfied. Right now it is the time for you to start doing one of the above mentioned techniques because we live in different life conditions now after 2012 planetary energy shift and we could manifest things much faster than before, even instanteneously. Just be an observer of yourself and see how your energy transforms for better, and how you begin to vibrate on a higher vibratory frequency attracting everything that resonates with that frequency and enjoying it in your life.
