Are There any Lessons We could Learn from our Daily Stress?
Let’s think about this for a second! Let’s suppose that maybe we provoke the Universe to increase our daily stressors so that we could understand and learn our life lessons to be able to develop and grow during our lifetimes spent on this and/or other 3D planets. Stress is everywhere and triggers us to act in a certain way. There is always a negative emotion behind a stressful situation or while dealing with a difficult person. But this is the way in which our body gives us signs and tips that something is going wrong in our surroundings and we need to act if we want to be safe and well.
When we are experiencing stress we accept it as a teasing, interference or attack from outside, so we give response to it. This response can be to focus on what is happening or an energy blockage that indicates that we are not secure and safe. In other words, stress is an indicator of being uncomfortable and unsafe, so we feel that there is a problem which we need to solve if we want our balance and energy back again in our physical body. It is like a ringing bell that something is not going well in our environment and it is a matter of choice for us to respond or leave it that way, but the important thing for us is to understand the lesson behind it finding out what has caused it and how to cope with it.
So are there any lessons to learn from stress?
Everyone can answer this question themselves but it is up to one’s awareness to understand what are the lessons hidden beneath the surface of stressful people and events. Often the lesson is about something you should release and let it go in order to develop and grow or it can be simply related to your safety and protection. These are very useful lessons and if we are more consciously aware and really want to change something in our lives in order to live in peace and abundance that perception of life is the wining one.
How can we deal with stress and learn our life lessons in a simple way? Are there really any lessons which stress teaches us making us understand what is hidden beneath the surface of visible things and course of events, so that to become wiser and happier? Can we control stress?
It is not easy to understand and follow the Truth. Moreover, the truth is relative in this world of illusion and individualization, because we all have different roles and free will manifestations, so my truth is different from yours depending on my background, on my present state of consciousness and on many other factors. But it is up to us to decide if we want to evolve better and become more consciously aware of everything showing up in our life as a reflection of our own inner world or microcosmos. Awareness is the key to leave a simple, natural, and conscious life, because awareness means that you are a Master and Co-Creator of your own destiny and you are the only one who decides what to create, what to allow and/or ignore in it.
It took me many years to understand that life never brings you anything you could not handle with and everything that happens is for your highest good. Therefore, when you surrender to life, without making efforts to counteract and battle what is coming to you, the Universe opens the gates of happiness and prosperity and your life becomes much better than before. You have less stress triggers throughout the day and are learning your life lessons in gentle and pleasant, not in hard and difficult ways.
I have a very simple secret which I want to tell you so that you could live in peace and joy. Every time I feel something is going wrong, I say to myself mentally “This is something I must take care of. I will observe it and will see if there is some lesson for me (in this situation or with this person). Then I will choose how to act or non-act on this”. I also remember that the choice which I made at some point of my life could be changed by my will and clear intent, so in another moment of my life journey or maybe just next second I could make a different decision which would be safer and/or better and will guarantee my peace in life possibly for a longer period of time. So I suggest you to be at first place more aware and at second place –just a silent observer in order to see how your life will change.
Right now you can start doing this practice every time you feel stressed or overwhelmed and do not miss to see what new goods and blessings will enter your life. Be open-minded to observe the changes that will flow into our surroundings. Remember that constancy and consistency are core elements for your success!
