The Number One Thing That Helps Reducing Women’s Stress


Let’s talk about one simple but very powerful thing that usually helps almost every woman to stay balanced and healthy no matter how life treats her in various situations and how many big stress triggers she has to deal with. I am talking about the most important thing when it comes to life essentials and how to stay alive. I have in mind water as a simple way to stay on the track.

We came from water many years ago when there was only water in the Universe. We all know it is more important than food and without it we are soon dead. Water nourishes our physical bodies and washes away all pollutions and negativities from our daily life. We lived in water many years ago and our bodies are have water in themselves in a very high percentage. We all resonate with water on a deep inner level and it is crucial for our survival. Drinking clean water brings health and vitality into our lives. Mineral water is like food for the physical body, but we must change it with spring or table water regularly. Water helps the cell processes flow and brings out all the trash from the cells.

Pollution is everywhere in modern life: we eat, breathe and smell all these chemicals, used in foods, cleaning materials, make-ups, cosmetics, etc. So, it is very important to find a way to purify and nourish our cells and to help the body’s cleansing with taking enough clean water for maintaining our vibrant health.

Water is a liquid crystal that is affected by the surrounding energies and is very easily programmed, as it has memory. Therefore the way you feel and all the thoughts you have when you drink a glass of water pass into it and resonates with it’s molecules, because as we know  like attracts like. In other words, when you have negative thoughts and feelings, you emit these lower frequencies unconsciously charging water with them and then you take them with the water and magnified by the water back into your body. In this way the stress you have deep into yourself is emitted to come back into the body magnified in one or another way. And this vicious circle goes on affecting us in a very powerful way. You begin to feel exhausted and energy drained almost all the time.

Remember it could be different if you decide to do a small change and just to shift your thoughts when you want to drink water and hold a glass of it in your hands thinking more positively and being more optimistic. For example you can bless the water and thank it for its gifts before you drink it. You can also charge it saying good words or prayers to it.

Negative talk that is a pattern and self-talk that is a behavior can be both changed and replaced with positive ones or with silence. We all are unconsciously wired to criticize and judge and that has nothing to do with wealthy and healthy habits. Habits are patterns coming from our childhood, created in our family life and supported by the surroundings we are living in which, we accept as true for us and so they are. Most of them are automatic reactions and believe me or not, they can be changed, if you are willing to do so. This will be a very significant shift in your attitude to life.

So, how can we avoid negativities in our thoughts, feelings and words and begin to think positively when drinking a glass of water?

I suggest you to start with setting up a time every day early in the morning to drink a glass of water “structured” with all good feelings and affirmations of how great this new coming day in your life will be. Do this for at least 21 days every morning as a first thing before rushing into your busy day and see how life will change. Remember that water has memory and all trash you want to clean from yourself, simply transfers into its molecules and then goes into your physical body back again and magnified by its crystalline structure.

It is the time to decide what you want to create in your life here now.

An easy way is to take a glass of water and “structure” it with thoughts of love and gratitude for all the things you already have in life. You can speak to water also about your good intents and ask it for support. You can also charge water with your breadthbreathing into 3 times and structuring it with your own energetic signature and power. Then drink this special water and appreciate all you have here now, recognizing how great you are just the way you are.
