How Resistance to Changes Brings More Life Stressors on a Daily Basis
Let’s talk about the resistance to changes and how we suffer from it day by day – on a daily basis and in a longer perspective. Finding a simple way /to deal with it/accept change as an inevitable part of life will help us to have vibrant health and inexhaustible flow of abundance.
Modern life is very dynamic and everything in nature is in motion. So, if we want to be attuned to the Universe and feel centered, balanced and peaceful, we have to “train” ourselves to be flexible in life and accept its challenges and changes, if we want to reduce our daily stress to near zero level or even eliminate it thoroughly from our life. Resistance means that we are not willing or capable of accepting something different, unknown , unexpected in our life or we do not want to change ourselves in order to comply with it in one or another way.
We sometimes understand resistance as something that gives us a sense of life comfort and control. If we can just stop for a minute to think about the problem and observe the feeling emerging in our physical body in response to it, then we can probably understand the energy we waste being resistant to someone or something coming into our life to teach us a valuable lesson. In fact, it really matters how we face our life challenges, because if we do it consciously, we’ll gain wisdom and will receive blessings. And vice versa, resistance causes us sufferings and holds us back deteriorating our health and wealth because it comes as a result of another limiting belief from our childhood and education, so that we cannot make the right decisions and steps to do the necessary changes and most of the time we stand in the middle of action and non-action.
We know deep inside ourselves that it is better and smarter to change ourselves but there is a little aspect within us that says “I can’t do it!” or “I will wait for the right time and place to make this change happen!” However, the right time and place may never come, so in this way we block ourselves and hold the resistance inside, instead of resolving the problem and accepting the change as something natural and positive. This is the way for you to be on track and avoid suffering, because when you are on the flow, you can enjoy your life journey.
Remember that it is useful and rewarding to accept the changes coming to you from outside and benefit from them towards better understanding of life and its rules. It is also quite refreshing and reviving to initiate and make changes by yourselves, especially if you are capable of making them happen on a daily basis starting with the little ones and moving towards bigger and more important improvements, because this is the way you can show the world who you really are at that present moment. Center into yourself and you will be aware that you are a better human being now in comparison with the person who you were the day before.
Right now it is about time for you to start revealing in the new upcoming world your true sacred self, your higher nature, and your cherished dreams. It is about time for you to consciously, freely and wisely choose what direction to take and envision all beautiful positive and uplifting things you want to manifest in your new reality.
