Managing Energy for Releasing Women’s Stress

Let’s talk about all these stressors we have to deal with in our modern life that drain our energy away and make us feel tired and exhausted. Last year I read a book entitled “The Power of Full Engagement” by Jim Loehr and Tony Schwartz, which is about managing your own energy in the most efficient ways. It fully covers what I have already discovered about the powerful impact of this process on our self-improvement and well-being.

I have worked in the fitness industry for many years and have found out that the results from training are much better when we work not only on a physical, but also on an energetic level. All great athletes knew how to train themselves mentally and emotionally, because this self- work predetermines to a great extent the physical results in the end. We are energetic beings in the core of our nature, so we all have physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energies within us. And if we want to live a life without stress and depression, it is obvious that we should keep them in balance.

We do so many things on a daily basis and some times we are not sure what to focus at. This results in doubts and hesitations, which in turn leads to energy exhaustion and tiredness. When we have clear intents for the things we need to do, it helps us cope with multitasking and have more free time for relaxation and fun. Managing both our energy and time is a very powerful strategy and gives the best results in terms of health and wellbeing, success and happiness in life.

So how can we handle multitasking and cope with the intensity of time to live a more peaceful life? I know from my own experience that energy management requires engagement and time to be done, but all your efforts will be rewarded, as it gives tremendous results in all areas and in any activity you want to do. I suggest you to begin with a simple but useful way to manage your energy better and that is to do physical exercises daily.

Instead of doing hard workouts you can start with some gentle stretching exercises that will improve your posture and joint mobility. Stretching will help you transform all your negative issues and attain a more positive attitude to life and people around you. It will help you transform your negative energies in a very easy and pleasant way and make you able of overcoming any stressors in your life. Right now you can start doing stretching exercises for at least 10 min a day preferably in the evening, and thus you will to get rid of all accumulated daily stress.
