How to Stay on Track Instead of Struggling with Stress

Let’s talk about the benefits of being on track. Having a proper attitude to life lessons helps you live in abundance and health. When you surrender to life everything becomes easier, you live in peace and joy and more influential and powerful people enter your life.

What is the real meaning of being on track? It does not mean that everything will be easy and done in the perfect way. But it really means that when you surrender to life lessons it will become easier for you to understand and to take proper actions instead of fighting and struggling with stress almost all the time. Finally I started to simplify my life by taking small  steps one by one  which helped me  attain  more peace and wealth in my daily life. I do not say that I have no stressors any more, but when I am more aware to take the right decision and act on it, life becomes much easier as you understand it and live it fluently.

So, how can we simplify our lives, reducing the daily stress and living in a better way? I suggest you to start consciously observe your physical body responses. Your body is a very powerful instrument and if you are attuned to the way it corresponds to every thought, feeling or action you take, you and your body could become better friends and this will help you resolve all your problems on a daily basis.

Here I want to share with you a very powerful technique which I use every time I feel I am going off track.

  1. Every time you feel something is going wrong, no matter if it is financial, relationship or health problem, just say mentally three times “YES”.
  2. Stay calm and see in what direction your body moves in   response to YES.
  3. Then say mentally three times “NO” and observe the direction in which your body moves for NO.

Do this technique every time you feel upset and see how things change in the direction of a happier and more abundant life. Right now you can start to apply this technique in every decision life triggers you to make. Remember not to criticize or judge yourself during this process; just observe the answer of your body: Yes or No – then take the proper action doing what is needed and appropriate. I wish you success throughout your life journey!
