Easy Stress Relief Practice

Let’s now talk about how useful it is to have some selected simple tips and methods in our

first-aid kit together with the casual stress relief practices  in order to successfully cope with the daily stressors.

There is one very useful practice and I am going to share it with you below.

Modern life always challenges us to deal with unusual or even invisible day-to-day stressors.

We are transferring now into a new Cosmic Higher Dimensional Reality where we can manifest things faster than before, so it is important to know how to navigate through the new challenges and unexpected situations that pop up before throughout the day.

Let me present one of my favorite practices for stress relief which you can use as a magic pill on a regular basis.

I call it “The Cheek Tapping Practice”.

The Cheek Tapping Practice Description:

Each time you feel imbalanced, stressed or overwhelmed just tap with your fingers on your cheeks or slightly pinch them doing “butterflies”, or massage them. You don’t need further instructions how to proceed because your hands and fingers will choose themselves what is appropriate for you and will do it without further logic or even without any thoughts about the right hand or finger positon onto you cheeks.

For better effect I recommend you to use your both hands, all your fingers and make the tapping, pinching or massage on the entire surface of your cheeks.

Certainly, you can do the process with only one hand and on only one cheek but the result will be faster if you involve your both hands and cheeks.

Try to do the Cheek Tapping Practice for at least a month to see how it works for you.

Feel free to do it with one or two hands in the way that is most comfortable for you.

Remember that through repetitions you will gain long lasting results and will diminish your troubles and worries in a very simple and beneficial way.

You can share your results with me and remember that the main objective here is to reduce your bothering to minimum and find out what works for you on your way toward a stress-free and harmonious life.

It could be good to you for example, to tap your right cheek with the right hand, but how can you know without trying it, right?

So, allow it to happen and you will create your magic pill that works when stress and worries come to you as we are living in a fastly moving and transforming world which gives us increasing life challenges as well as golden opportunities to develop, change and grow.
