Detaching from Stress Instead of Struggling with It


Let’s talk now about how to detach from the stress triggers on a daily basis. You cannot just pretend that there is no stress in your life but you can take measures to manage with your tasks without being stressed, which will considerably improve your health and wealth.

Detachment does not mean that you ignore the existence of stress in your life right now. If you pretend that there are no stressors, the effects from them will accumulate day by day to the extent that the situation will become uncontrollable. On the other hand, if you can respond to stress without attachment and negative attitude, but calmly and consciously, the results will be different. So, it is better to be prepared for the stressful situations, because stress obviously exists and reminds of itself almost every day.

You cannot yield to the daily stress, if you have a value system and know your priorities in life – then you will be aware of what you want to attract and manifest every day and what is really precious for you. But when you put too much value on something, of course you get attached to it. And when you are attached , you overact to achieve it thus you block the Universe from supporting you, then you feel very unhappy in case of failure and instead of let it go, you just replay it again and again. And vice versa, if you trust the Universe and believe that everything in life is for your highest good, you will be much more flexible and successful. Moreover, when you are attached to something or someone you are also attached to the final result and do not experience joy and benefit from the process itself. So, when the things go wrong you feel stressed and tired, depressed and overwhelmed.

So, how can we detach from all this and master the manifestation of our dearest wishes without increasing the daily stress levels? I suggest you to let go of all these things or persons you feel you are attached to and just to announce your clear intent to the Universe that you want to manifest what really matters for you in your life and is good for your spiritual development. Do not ask the Universe how you will be supported, but be determined about the things you really want and visualize-experience them as fulfilled. Thus you will prevent generating more daily stressors and triggers and overacting and reacting in a way that blocks the multiple channels which Universe can use to bring you all you want here now.

Pick up one of your greatest desires, which you really want to achieve in life and practice detachment from the final result in order to see how it works for you. Right now it is time to start communicating consciously with our loving and supporting Universe and see how everything will change in your life for better. I really mean it when you want something with passion and desire, detach yourself from the way it will be given. Just simply trust that it will come in time when you are ready for it and in a way that could be really surprising. That is much more productive than struggling with “I want it now, in my way and I am doing it myself all alone”.
