A Very Simple Technique to Reduce Daily Stress


Let’s talk about how finding a simple way to reduce stress on a daily basis helps you live in peace and abundance. Finding the right way to get rid of the daily stressors brings you vibrant health and well being as you feel that you are the master and ruler of your life.

Stress surrounds us everywhere. It influences all areas of our life and sometimes we feel we are losing control over some of the events and developments in our surroundings. Stress affects our physical body and organs: it is the main cause for almost all modern diseases as it blocks our immune system. However, we are living in new vibrational conditions after 2012, when time and space have changed, no matter whether we realize it or not, and the strength of our thoughts and intents has increased making their manifestation much easier than before.

Time goes faster and every thought and feeling is accelerated and expanded, so we materialize things almost at an eye blink. Therefore, we continue to change ourselves also exponentially accepting and being aware  that change is everywhere in the Universe and it is the only constant in our life. We have now new amazing opportunities to develop and grow rapidly with these new surroundings and energies transcending the 3rd and 4th dimensional life of duality, struggle and separation and entering the 5th dimensional reality of unity, harmony and abundance.  Our busy daily program triggers us to continue act in the old ways and do a lot of things throughout the day making efforts and feeling exhausted, unsatisfied and unhappy at the end of the day. So, it is good for us to find out a relaxation channel in order to cope with our daily tasks, and also have the chance to develop,  rejuvenate and feel healthy, happy and joyful.

I know from my own experience that when something really resonates with someone, they do their best to implement and master it. Life is supposed to be simple and every time we feel being off track, we may try to find out and apply a simple aid in order to get back on the flow. I am pleased to share with you one of the best techniques, which I used  many times to come back to the normal, natural state of well being. It is easy to be done and gives immediate results.

When you feel stressed, overloaded or tired, do 3 gentle movements with your right hand like a wave and say mentally to yourself “cancel, cancel, cancel” (3 times). This is a very powerful way to change the energy of the situation or of the person you are dealing with. It works immediately and you have no time to feel anger or anxiety.

Right now it is the time for you to act, so that you could transform yourself and change your life course to a better enfoldment. Make this technique every time you feel you are losing your temper and be open minded for the changes that will begin to emerge in your life. I wish you success!
