3 Simple Ways to Reduce Your Daily Stress
Let’s talk about the ways in which we handle our stress throughout the day and how it affects our attitude to life. If you can find some simple ways of dealing with stress and daily stressors, that will be great, because living fluently and care-free will make you happy and relaxed, so you will be able to appreciate life beauty and honor life itself.
Stress causes tension in the physical body. It raises the blood pressure and in a long term brings us many diseases. Finding your own way of dealing with stress issues is really a very practical approach and will improve all areas of your life. Based on my self-work, professional practice and life observation I found out some simple things that can help and enhance you to reduce your daily stress to almost a zero level.
Here, I’d like to share some useful tips with the hope that they could serve you in the same way as they served me not once and twice during my life journey. I will mention now just 3 of them that are easy to be done but can considerably improve your life. They are not only simple, but also pleasant and it’s fun to do them regularly, so if you use them all as a complex or only one or two of them that resonate with you the best, it will be equally helpful!
1. Breathing
Breathing brings oxygen into your body and helps the body systems, organs and cells be healthy and fit. Different cultures, spiritual traditions and people designate what we take in with the air through the process of breathing with different names – life force, prana, ka, qi or chi energy, but the meaning of it is clear and simple- it is the energy without which we cannot stay alive: because if we do not breathe for more than a few minutes, we are going to die.
Deep breathing /which fills your body cells with enough source energy/ makes you feel calm, balanced and concentrated. It harmonizes your central nervous system and brings the physical body into the state of inner peace and relaxation. You have probably not thought about it, but shallow breathing is always connected with fear, haste and negative emotions. Therefore, deep breathing is the first aid which you can use for deep and unexpected stress relief because it will help you fill all your body cells with universal healing energy and it will make you feel much better, more balanced and even refreshed and rejuvenated.
2. Make your body move or, in other words, do some indoor or outdoor physical activities.
As an aerobic and callanetic instructor, I know it is the most powerful and simplest way to get uplifted and motivated, because you can see the good results of your efforts right away. We function in our 3D and 4D reality through our physical bodies, which are like vessels for our spiritual beings. As our bodies are very intelligent, they can show us the missing parts of the puzzle and guide us how to live a better and more fulfilled life after we attune to them and listen to what they are telling us through different signals and symptoms.
3. Toning the sacred sounds, chanting different powerful words/mantras and saying positive affirmations or beautiful verses many times throughout the day will greatly reduce your stress levels and will make you feel much elevated throughout your day and way. You can tone, chant or say things aloud and your voice will add additional power to them, but you can also do this mentally, which will make the process more profound and sacred; however, be sure that in both cases you will have very benificial results and observe the changes that will start to manifest in your life.
Just to mention that if you have the opportunity to really tone, say or chant aloud the sacred sound, mantra-word or affirmation without distracting yourself with your overloaded daily program, you will probably gain better results, because you will use both the power of the Word/sound and the power of your voice. I prefer to chant words like “Love”, “Gratitude”, “Grace”; sacred sounds like “ah”, “eh”,”ih”, “aum”, “om”; mantras like “I AM” (So Ham) and others that bring my mind, heart and physical body into perfect balance. These are some of my “preferred” ways to deal with stress throughout the day. If they resonate with you, give them a try because if you have already read this article, it shows that you are ready to start dealing with your daily stressors and live a better life.
We are in a newly emerging world now and can create our reality much faster than before by clearly setting our intentions, so it is good to become aware of this and to consciously choose and manifest the things we want to have in our surroundings. Be open to allow changes and miracles to happen to you, receive and give blessings and gifts of love, abundance and grace, so that you can attune to the new Cosmic conditions and live a better and happier life.
