A Useful Way to Reduce your Daily Stress

Let’s talk about stress and how to overcome it throughout the day. Sometimes life triggers us to do processes that cause us pain or we have to make immediate decisions: this makes us feel under pressure and as a result we get troubled and overwhelmed, imbalanced and exhausted, or not having a clear vision which path to follow in order to come back to our normal state of being.

No matter how consciously aware we are and how familiar with our life issues we could be there is always a time when life triggers us to unexpected situations where we should make quick decisions and take immediate actions with no time left for observations, speculations and determinations which cause us more stress and bigger stress than usual.

I am basically a very technically oriented person and logic is my preferred way for decision making, but somewhere on my life journey I realized that no matter how well I had planned and structured everything there was always something misunderstood, something unforeseen or missing because the Universe had other things to offer me and they regularly came to me like hard lessons and troubles which caused me much pain and stress, especially in the past.

Like every woman I like to express my emotions freely. And that is okay, but the problem is that I was used to exaggerate things and overplay in expressing my feelings and opinions wishing always to be right and to be “the super perfectionist” in the team forcing everything to happens the way I like it to be.

I often ignored my intuition and inner knowledge and in time of difficulties my logic helped me be on track and take care of my life.

After many courses and trainings of personal growth where I was trained to “trust and check” my intuition I found out that life could be easier and more joyful when you could achieve all the things you desire in a natural, amusing and gentle way.

I found out a very useful means that can help you release your stress caused by the “immediate decision making” and make you feel more comfortable and relaxed throughout the day. And I can describe it in a very simple manner: you have to take away some of the power of your emotions.

What I mean by this is to stop and still yourself as soon as you have noticed that you are thinking of the worst scenario that may happen according to the decision you have taken in a very short time.

I suggest you to take a few deep breaths and to attune to your inner center and your inner guidance because your intuition knows the needed answer and what is really good for you right now.

When you stop thinking about all bad things that may occur and after attuning yourself to your inner wisdom you take away some of the power of your emotional reactions that is always attached to the “immediate decision making”. This way you will be able to see things and the current situation from a different and more global point of view.

Thus you can break up the wire that keeps you tighten up to that complicated situation and you can release some of the negative feelings which trigger you to feel like a life victim and prevent you from ignoring the stress as a precaution not to allow the situation to explode into something worse.

Try to apply this process each time when you feel imbalanced and overwhelmed or losing your life perspective: be honest to yourself and open-minded to see the changes that will enter your reality and observe the results, expressing daily gratitude for all things you have already achieved in life and stay attuned to your inner guidance because this is the path to follow, if you want a better and happier life.

Right now is the time for you to start doing the above mentioned process if you want to be more focused and centered, to reduce your daily stress and make useful and simple decisions in just a second.

This will improve you life and you will have more time to do the things that really matter to you enjoying the journey itself.

Wish you success!
