Top 3 Things to Deal with Daily Stress


Let’s talk about some simple things that may help you to reduce your stress on a daily basis. In the upcoming new human evolution after the planetary shift we live in new conditions and materialize things twice faster than before.

After 21st December 2012 everything and everyone changes no matter if we realize it or not. I have personally found out for myself that it is better to be more conscious about the way I think and work on a daily basis. All my fears and frustrations come true in my life in a very short time. I materialize fast almost everything I think about. So, I understood from my own experience that it was not so easy to observe the way of manifestation of all my stuff in life. The mirror theory acts now faster than before. Time seems shorter and insufficient, so I need to set my priorities in a proper manner if I want to be on track.

After many challenges and struggles at the beginning of this year I found out there were some tips we can use daily, if we want to reduce our stressors and live a happier and healthier life. The most important are:

1. Simplification of everything in life, especially relationships.

Life is supposed to be simple and natural, we usually create ourselves different complications. If does not mean that life is void of diversity, vice versa, life is really colorful, mysterious and interesting to explore. In terms of colors, I know that everything in life is different from black and white because most of the time life gives different suggestions to grey. From the basic colors of red, blue and yellow, the colors of orange, green and violet are received. Aligning yourself with confidence to your true abilities and gifts, learning new skills and living in new conditions is necessary to be attained right now. Consciously believe that you are strong enough to face all stressors and take motivated actions for creating everything you want at the present moment.

2. Appreciation of Life Beauty

Enjoy the present moment. Enjoy every simple thing in your life. Be grateful for being here now, in this new beautiful world. Remember that there is a Scale of consciousness, where joy, love and peace are at a higher frequency than shame and guilt. And according to the Law of attraction reading “like attracts like” you attract everything and everyone in your life that are at the same or higher frequency. Appreciation of beauty is a powerful healer and it will help you reduce stress and release the negativities in your life.

3. Be confident and trust life.

Trust yourself and trust your life, because life will never bring you anything you cannot deal with. Remember that every life challenge is a possibility for you to grow and develop spiritually and that everything in life comes just on time and for your highest good. If you think this way, life becomes simple and easy, when you trust the universe for support. The universe will support you, when you are determined to live a better and happier life. Confidence in life implies that you are strong enough to deal with the challenges and stress and that you are wise enough to understand you are a master of your own reality with every action of yours or with not taking action at all, also with every thought or feeling you have admitted into your inner world.

So how can we use these simple things above to live a better life?

1. I suggest you to choose one of them that resonates best to you.

2. Implement it for at least 7 days to see what new will come into your life.

3. Be consciously aware of everything you do or think throughout your day.

Remember that joy and happiness in life come from all simple things you do on a daily basis. Enjoy your life and all simple nice things you have at your disposal now. Right now it is time to act, if you want to reduce or eliminate stress and negative emotions from your world. I suggest you to start practicing one of the tips mentioned in this article.
