The Number One Reason Women Feel Stressed And Overwhelmed

The scientific study of stress began more than a century ago. Over the years scientists have formulated various theories about the nature of stress. Some place greater emphasizes on physiological aspect; others, on physiological and social dimensions. Whatever the reason was we always end up our day accumulating a lot of stress.

Let see how the stress affects body function, what happened when we are in a mode (fight or flight) – the hormones that body produces tighten the muscles up, our shoulders are tight up, increases the heart palpitation. In long-term it affects body’s organs and functions, raises blood pressure and finally leads to diseases. Fortunately there are many solutions to neutralize the effects of stress.

In our busy day we always can set up 10 min a day, to just close our eyes and feel the peace inside. It is always a good idea to focus on what you are grateful for, rediscover how good you are just the way you are. Doing this helps you to obtain healthy habits to help you overcome stress. Let go off the past and don’t bother about the future, be in the presence. Feeling good about yourself and not trying to be perfect gives happiness and dramatically reduce stress levels in all areas of life.

Women are very sensitive human beings and they have more life stressors than men. Because of that many times we feel exhausted and overwhelmed. It makes us think that we are not good enough and unworthy. The end result is that we feel miserable, our energy is drained away, and it all blocks the flow of abundance into our lives.

Imagine how different you could feel if stop just for a moment and do something to help yourself. Sometimes we blame circumstances we have to deal with in our life. Although from time to time we try to make some changes when things go wrong, we still stay under high levels of stress. Another big source of internal discomfort could be lack of balance between giving and receiving. We often give much more and receive less which makes us feeling disappointed and frustrated. We block ourselves from this main universal law.

Some time ago I read a book form G. Chopra and there was a statement there that receiving is the Universe’s song. We don’t realize the balance between giving and receiving and the way this universal law works. Many times when you are given a present without a specific reason you don’t know how to react on it. Can you say “Thank you” from all your heart without feeling uncomfortable that at this moment you do not have anything to give in return? Do you think that the present you receive and this that you give have to be equal in value, money etc? I think most of us does! I myself also have this problem and it does bother me from time to time. We don’t need to be perfect or to do famous things in life but we can start trying to imagine ourselves completing our goals and desires and do some efforts to manifest them into reality. Just don’t give up your dreams and goals, keep in your mind that you deserve it.

I challenge you to take some action because I do believe you are fabulous just the way you are, and good enough to manifest all your dreams and goals into your life. And I promise you will be surprised how many resources the Universe will provide you with. Remember the constant stress, frustration and resentment are obstacles to see all changes and recognize many opportunities which life gives you. Worthiness is state of mind and it takes time to start working for you.

Here are some simple things you can do to feel better and enjoy life:

1. Buy something special for yourself.
2. Meet and chat with some friends.
3. Have a bath or a massage.

It is time for action is you want to manifest something new in your life.

A good way to start your changes is to use this simple practice:

1. Write down on a sheet of paper the 5 top reasons you think you are not good enough.
2. On another sheet write down the 5 reasons you think you need to be perfect.
3. Concentrate on every line and think about how your life will change if you have all of them into it.
4. Then take a third sheet of paper and write down the 5 main things from the first two pages you think are most important for you to have in life.
5. Tear into pieces the first and second sheet. Throw them away and say “I am free from these things in my life”.
