How to Release the Daily Stress in 30 Minutes


Let’s talk about the stress and how we can improve our attitude to it throughout the day. Stress causes us many struggles but it also brings us new opportunities to carry on and be on the flow. Sometimes things may go out of control, sometimes life triggers us to do processes that cause us pain and we have many unresolved problems: this makes us feel imbalanced and exhausted, stressed and overwhelmed or having not a clear vision and perspective which path to follow in order to come back on life track: in all these difficult life moments it could be very beneficial to know what direction to go and what to do in order to get centered and balanced.

We all know how busy modern life could be and how often we end up our days accumulating a lot of stress. So it is crucial for us to find a way to cope with the daily stressors if we want to live a happy and abundant life. There is a simple way to organize your day in such a way that you can feel the benefits from having more free time for rejuvenation and fun, and spending more time with your family and closest friends. So, if you begin to practice the process I am going to share with you below, you will really enjoy every day and hour of your life journey, I promise you. First, raise up in the morning at least 30 min before your usual wake-up time and use this half an hour just for thinking.

There are not so many distractions in the morning, especially mental and emotional ones, then you have had a good sleep and rest at night, so use these beneficial conditions in the morning to make your clear vision of how this new upcoming day would unfold in your life. Plan your day activities so that you can be focused on the important things which you have defined for the day.   Do the priorities first not wasting time in trifles never mind how urgent or attractive they seem to be. Maintaining your focus on what is important for your dream life will adjust your life activities onto a higher level of frequency where “important” is also self-beneficial and prioritized to “urgent”; thus you will shift your vibrations in a gentle non-persistent way.

Just to mention that if you are a night owl, it will be much easier for you to wait until the hours when you are still awake and from that time to make the process done. Try to do this practice for at least 21 days and see how your life will change. Stay open-minded to observe the results.

Being a night owl for almost my entire life I found out that it was much better not to push myself too much. So, do not play too hard in order to change your habits because by implementing this simple practice you will introduce yourself to a new and completely different life schedule where every piece of a task and the daily content will be planned in advance with a clear focus on the things that serve your highest good and awakening for all these things that are most important and benevolent for you at the present moment of life.

Right now is the time for you to start practicing the 30 min practice if you want to be more focused and centered, reducing your daily stress to minimum and doing the things that really matter to you and your highest good in life! By doing this simple practice you will gain a better health and an abundant lifestyle with more time for yourself and all those things that matter in your surroundings.
