Be Mindful of the Good to Reduce Your Daily Stress


Let’s talk about how we interpret our lives and all that stuff we have to deal with throughout our life journey. We are all on a journey on the planet Earth to learn certain life lessons and grow by following our life path and fulfilling our soul mission. It might be much easier for us to do this but the number one reason for why most people struggle with complicated situations and difficult people all the time is their general outlook and attitude to life as well as the meaning they assign to it.

The way we interpret our lives differs because the different people treat the challenges in life in a different manner. Our attitude to life depends on our limiting beliefs and behavioral patterns grounded in us by our family and society mainly in our childhood that form the different points of view to things in our surroundings. Therefore, it is good for us to be adaptive and find out how to change our viewpoint depending on the circumstances and conditions of the present moment, releasing all those models of behavior which do not serve us any more and focus on positive things in life in order to feel well, do good things and serve others, so that we could feel loved, appreciated and be able enjoy the life journey itself. This is the only way for us to become masters of our own reality and live a life free of anger and exhaustion.

By 2012 our life has been ruled by His majesty the Logical mind. After December 2012 we live in a world infused with new cosmic energies that allow us to create our reality faster and easier than before. Miracles and happiness in life do not depend so much on logic and hard work now, but happen as if effortlessly and sometimes miraculously no matter whether we could explain them logically or not. It is all about synchronicity and the vibrations we emit at any given moment. So, it is better for us to give a try and be more positive, placing Good as the foundation of our life. When we are aware of our true essence living and acting from the place of our mindful heart, we will be fully and truly present in the new surroundings and will be able to handle and hold the higher energies and frequencies we all encounter, because this will improve our development and the entire life on the planet Earth, in our Solar system and Galaxy “The Milky way”.

There is an universal law that states: “Like attracts like”. Therefore, if you are mindful of the good in yourself and in others, this will bring more of the same into your surroundings, because you have chosen to see and allow only positive things in your life. What you focus your attention on will expand, strengthen and manifest, so if you express yourself in your everyday life giving way to your constructive thoughts and noble feelings and using only positive words and statements, things will change for better and you will reduce or even eliminate the daily stressors in a very short time becoming the co-creator of your happy being and fulfillment.

So how can we be mindful of the good in our life on a daily basis?

I will give you below a very simple and useful way to master the process of mindfulness, if you want to live a better and more abundant life. Yes, abundance is also related to your mindset which makes you see either opportunities or lacks in your life, depending on what you choose to focus your attention on. So, I highly recommend you to be fully present in the Now moment in life, thinking neither about the future or the past, because that is all you are really able to experience and enjoy, but it all depends on your mindfulness and ability to relax and concentrate in your inner center,  calming your inner dialogue on past or future things and fully appreciating just being here on the flow now!

By taking time to notice your inner feelings and the replies from your body to different thoughts, images, tunes, words and statements, you will get to know yourself better, and will pay attention to the small things in life that make you feel good throughout the day. Thus you will get to feel yourself more accomplished and grateful for your journey and for all the golden opportunities you have been given to advance. For example, when you are listening to your favorite song on the radio, if that makes you feel happier and more joyful, congratulations – it is a sign that you have mastered the process of mindfulness in your life!

Right now the time has come for you to start practicing mindfulness throughout the day and even in your sleeptime. Start with setting up the intention to be mindful and grateful for at least 5 min daily. Also, set the intention to remember and journal your dreams right after you wake up. Then, be open-minded and open-hearted to see and receive the new things that will come into your life. Remember to always enjoy and appreciate the process itself not only the destination from point A to point B. Be yourself, live now and in Oneness with All That Is. You are so precious and unique when you are manifesting your authentic self and your true sacred essence!
