How Self Care can Reduce your Daily Stress


Let’s talk about how by taking self-care you can reduce and even eliminate your daily stress.

You know that you are the most important person in your own life and play the main role in your own life movie.

Remember that you are the main heroine in your life story and it depends only on you to get rid of your daily stress and negative trends by taking self-care on a daily basis.

Self-care means to spend some precious time for yourself to stay in silence, to calm down and rejuvenate, so that to bring all your energies back to you and be in a perfect balance.

It is obvious that you know better than others what serves you the best.

You know what makes your heart sing and use it as the best remedy in your life. You probably have also found out which the best first add would be for you to use it as a rescue remedy on a daily basis.

As to me, it caused me many years of struggles to finally create my stress relief tool kit for everyday use.

I tend to use some tips as my favorite remedies for releasing the daily stress.

Here I would like to share with you the simplest one when it comes to “special training, equipment and implementation”.

It is called dancing.

Yes, dancing on a music you love is the simplest way to put into balance all your energies because dancing combines music and physical movement and brings the “two in one combination” that can serve you best.

Music is the Universal language that everyone knows and likes: there is no living being that cannot hear music and respond to it.

Physical movements, on the other hand, lift your energy flow and release all stress and negative emotions stored in your body cells.

When you combine your music with your favorite dance movements /it does not need to be so fancy indeed/ you feel rejuvenated and stress-free for at least 10 min or more.

I challenge you to start using the so called “two in one” combination on a daily basis in order to stay on track and be uplifted.

Try to do this for at least 21 days, preferably in the evening, so that you can release all daily worries and prepare yourself to enter the “sleep reality” in a peaceful state, so that your body and soul could rejuvenate and the Cosmic consciousness would take care of your restoration in the sleep-time.

Observe the changes that will occur in your life reality and the new energies that will enter your dreamed world.
