How Loving and Respecting Yourself Reduces the Daily Stress


Let’s talk about self-love and self-respect, because when we master our full self-acceptance, we will achieve tremendous health improvements and reduce the daily stressors to minimum. Practicing self-love and self-respect, we will have more time for self-development and more opportunities for entertainment and fun with our friends and family. Also we will be able to attract more powerful people and more beneficial situations to our life. The Universe will support us with everything we need, because we have become more conscious and aware of our life purpose and vibrate now on a higher frequency.

Maintaining peace with oneself is a very difficult process in our modern stressful life. We all need to be realized in life and, perfectionism is a desired goal for almost every woman I know. We seek for perfection all our lifetime and because of that we are happy when we are accepted and approved by other people. I know that we are born to be happy and free just as we are, in fact that is our birth right. But instead we struggle and condition ourselves to judging and criticism. We try very hard to play roles and hide our shadow sides, but different life situations trigger these sides in order to accept and transform them – so when we refuse to learn our life lessons again and again, we come to feel stressed and overwhelmed.

Remember, you are fabulous just the way you are. You are at the right place in the Universe and in the right time. As we live in a holographic space-time continium, everyone has their own place and role in reflecting and evolving the whole picture of the world. I’d like to emphasize that you are great just the way you are here now, believe it or not. But when you start to treat yourself accordingly, with all the love and respect you deserve, then you will easily accept every single part of yours, including the negative ones, so you will be able to attain full integration and be fully consciously awake and present with the flow of life.

Apply the mirror theory every day, because when you begin to love, honor and respect yourself, the other people will mirror this and will begin to treat you in the same way, intuitively feeling that you know your true self and your values and priorities in life manifesting them in good and non violent ways. I did struggle with myself for a long time and found out that the simple solution is to begin to consciously respect oneself for the sole feat of being here now. Self-respect leads to self-appreciation and self-love.

I know from my own experience that when a person feels hurt or offended that implies weakness and indicates low self-esteem and self-confidence. This person usually holds a bad inner image of oneself and suffers deeply inside because of that, which is projected outside as continuous attempts to please others. Another way to feel hurt is when you cannot answer the expectations of others. Then you get exhausted and out of energy, because this is not the game you have to play but still you agree to play it no matter that you do not really if you like it.

So, how can we start loving and respecting ourselves for just being here now? I can assure you that it is a really magical, healing and transforming process when you begin to experience and master it. So, if you are willing to try it, it will bring you tremendous results. I suggest you to do this simple practice of self-love and self-respect every day for at least 21 days, if you want to achieve better results.

1. Decide as a first thing in the morning to stay in bad for 5 min and mentally say to yourself how much you love and respect yourself for being here now.

2. Think this with all faith and determination you have inside yourself and believe me after some time you will see the positive changes in your life.

3. Then go to the bathroom and after the morning shower look at yourself in the mirror and smile for a minute or two.

4. Raise your shoulders up, pull the belly to the spine and look at your body posture in the mirror.

5. Enjoy your breakfast and prepare emotionally and mentally for the coming day.

And now it is time for you to act and apply the art of self-respect and self-love, if you really want to improve and enjoy your life journey. As a result, you will have more time for yourself and more opportunities to manifest love and respect toward your family and friends, society and nation, nature and the planet, the Universe and the entire creation, and the Source of all that is. Decide to do this practice for at least 21 days and observe consciously the changes that will come into your daily life. I recommend you to journal them every day.
