Let’s talk about how finding different practical solutions to dealing with the daily stressors will simplify our life journey and will improve our health and wealth. There should be a multiply approach to dealing with the daily stress.
We are unique human beings so we all have specific needs and our own ways to deal with problems, including stress. But as we are all connected and live in a supportive Universe there are some common things which we can use as a remedy for the daily stress. I have worked for many years on my personal development and growth, but at first it was hard for me to even understand what my life lessons were. Then I wanted to find out if there was some way of breaking the vicious circle of accumulating stress day by day. In time I could see what was hidden beneath the surface and how to find the best solution and implement it throughout the day in order to live a better life in peace and joy. After many years of courses and trainings I’d like to share with you the following best practices for releasing and even eliminating your stress on a daily basis.
- Practice happiness on a daily basis.
Being happy throughout the day is a very powerful way for you to be on track and enjoy your life journey. I use a simple way to do this in my daily program. I write down the word “Happiness” on a piece of paper and repeat it like a mantra throughout the day.
- Face your fears with love and appreciation.
We all have fears and most of the time we suppress them. But they exist and the only way to feel happy and enjoy our life is to face them with love and appreciation. Remember that you are already perfect and everything you look for is inside you. You are born to be loved and this vibration is set up by default in your body cells. And the opposite side of love is fear, so the only way to transform fear is by using the power of love. Love has a great power. It is one of the highest vibrational frequencies in the Universe. When we accept and treat our fear with love and appreciation, /because fear is sometimes a useful feeling and it protects us and help us stay alive/ we start to live a happier and better life. Accept your fears with courage, be patient and give time to yourself to implement the process of cleansing of all emotional and mental waste, if you want to live a peaceful and abundant life.
- Express daily gratitude.
I highly recommend you to express gratitude for at least 5 min a day for the things you have already achieved in life. It is a good decision to start a gratitude journal and write down at least one thing you are grateful for throughout the day.
- Enjoy life beauty on a daily basis.
Looking for the beauty of life on a daily basis and appreciating it is a very strong and unique way for you to detach yourself from all negativities throughout the day.
Right now it is the time for you to start practicing at least one of the above mentioned tips and to see how your life will change. Be open-minded to observe the changes that will emerge in your life. Remember that commitment and consistency are core elements of success. Be choosy to the new things you want to introduce into your life and practice this which resonates best with you in order to have a life free of stress and depression. When you practice these things regularly, your life will change for better and you will enjoy your life journey, a journey performed in peace, appreciation and joy.
