Following the Inner Guidance can Considerably Reduce Your Daily Stress
Let’s talk again about self-confidence and the way it affects our lives. In fact, having self-confidence is the key to your success in life. We are different in nature and we have different levels of self-confidence. Some women are naturally born with a positive attitude to life which reflects on their self-esteem and the inner image they hold about themselves deep within.
People raised in supporting and loving surroundings have faith and confidence in who they are and what they want to achieve in life. But life is not as simple as it is supposed to be, so in different stages of our evolution each one of us can face insecurities and difficulties at some point of our journey, in spite of our positive thinking and good attitude to others. It is not about “if”, but about “when”, because there is always a period of difficulties coming after a period of prosperity when life may hurt our self-confidence and self-esteem.
Self-confidence exists within each of us no matter if we are aware of it or not. So how can we prevent ourselves from losing or diminishing our self-confidence? There is light at the end of every tunnel and the good news is that self-confidence can be attained and trained to overcome every obstacle in life. So, what you need is some time and practice to master this process in order to improve the quality of your life.
We often look outside ourselves for guidance especially in decision making and taking the responsibility. There is nothing wrong with it, but the true way to overcome our problems is to develop and follow our own inner guidance or, in other words, to start trusting our own intuition instead of looking outside ourselves. We all have inner guidance and knowledge but usually ignore it and try “to copy and paste” in life the things we see others are doing.
I always remember the words of one of my mentors – an outstanding woman that was “my guidance and feedback system” for more than 3 years:
“Do not trust others’ information because they are not in your body, at your place in life and you don’t know how clean this “channeled” information is. The person might have clear vision and see the things you cannot see for yourself on your own, but always be aware of “how clean the channel” /the person who is giving you the guidance and the information you are asking for/ could be. There is no such thing as “doing the right action”, because we are all different and “right things” “differ” for all of us. So, every time you start looking for guidance outside yourself, first ask yourself whether you can be sure that the information you are looking for comes from a “clean and clear channel”.
Remember that you have all answers you search within yourself and it is just a matter of concentration, inner knowledge and self-confidence to use your “own unique channel” and implement the information it is giving to you in your life. Remember that the new world we are now living in is quite plastic and responsive, so. if you want to change your low self-confidence and if you want to act in compliance with your inner guidance, you will be supported in every possible way and you will improve your life beyond your expectations. So, you can start doing it right now: do not allow yourself to have any doubts that you and only you have the power, authority and the skills to transform your life and be who you truly are.
